1. This section of IN is just for acknowledgement and shall not be interpreted as inspection record
and / or acceptance of any inspection, examination or test. Acceptance can only be achieved
by preparation and endorsement of the appropriate QC record which shall be attached hereto.
2. Owner (TPI) endorsement of QC record will depend on actual inspection level, i.e. Hold Point /
Witness. QC record shall be endorsed as “Witnessed” if attended or “Reviewed”, if not attended.
3. It is the responsibility of Contractor and Supplier to obtain sign off of relevant quality records by
Owner TPI where TPI assigned / visited supplier shop. TPI signed off quality records shall be part of
final documentation / MDB.
