ABSTRACT
Blue Prism is the global leader in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and
intelligent automation for the enterprise, transforming the way work is done by
empowering businesses to automate time-intensive, mundane tasks and to help
free-up their employees to be more creative and innovative.
In this course, Blue Prism Foundation Training provides a comprehensive
introduction to all the key concepts and activities associated with configuring a
Blue Prism Process Solution. It is also the principal activity on the Developer
upskilling pathway, should learners wish to attain certified Developer status. Over
the course of 12 guide weeks, you will learn how to build, test, publish and manage
a Blue Prism process automation.
RPA is the process of automating routine tasks by using software robots
such that these tasks are performed automatically without any human
intervention. These tasks include IT management, sales operations, procurement
process, data entry, data extraction, auto generation of reports, customer service
operations, etc. This tutorial provides basic understanding of RPA and its
implementation using Blue Prism.

About AICTE
History
The beginning of formal technical education in India can be dated back to the mid-19th
century. Major policy initiatives in the pre-independence period included the
appointment of the Indian Universities Commission in 1902, issue of the Indian
Education Policy Resolution in 1904, and the Governor General’s policy statement of
1913 stressing the importance of technical education, the establishment of IISc in
Bangalore, Institute for Sugar, Textile & Leather Technology in Kanpur, N.C.E. in
Bengal in 1905, and industrial schools in several provinces.
Initial Set-up
All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) was set up in November 1945 as a
national-level apex advisory body to conduct a survey on the facilities available for
technical education and to promote development in the country in a coordinated and
integrated manner. And to ensure the same, as stipulated in the National Policy of
Education (1986), AICTE was vested with:
• Statutory authority for planning, formulation, and maintenance of norms & standards
• Quality assurance through accreditation
• Funding in priority areas, monitoring, and evaluation
• Maintaining parity of certification & awards
• The management of technical education in the country
Role of National Working Group
The Government of India (the Ministry of Human Resource Development) also
constituted a National Working Group to look into the role of AICTE in the context of
proliferation of technical institutions, maintenance of standards, and other related
matters. The Working Group recommended that AICTE be vested with the necessary
statutory authority for making it more effective, which would consequently require
restructuring and strengthening with the necessary infrastructure and operating
mechanisms.
Overview of AICTE Internship Program
The most crucial element of internships is that they integrate classroom knowledge and
theory with practical application and skills developed in professional or community
settings.
Organizations are getting familiar, that work these days is something other than an
approach to win your bread. It is a dedication, an awareness of others’ expectations, and
a proprietorship. In order to know how the applicant might "perform" in various
circumstances, they enlist assistants and offer PPOs (Pre-Placement Offer) to the
chosen few who have fulfilled every one of their necessities.
For getting a quicker and easier way out of such situations, many companies and
students have found AICTE to be of great help. Through its internship portal, AICTE
has provided them with the perfect opportunity to emerge as a winner in these trying
times. The website provides the perfect platform for students to put forth their skills &
desires and for companies to place the intern demand. It takes just 15 seconds to create
an opportunity, auto-match, and an auto-post to google, Bing, glass door, LinkedIn, and
similar platforms. The selected intern's profile and availability are validated by their
respective colleges before they join or acknowledge the offer. Shortlisting the right
resume, with respect to skills, experiences, and location just takes place within seconds.
Nothing but authentic and verified companies can appear on the portal.
Additionally, there are multiple modes of communication to connect with interns. Both
claiming to be satisfied in terms of time management, quality, security against frauds,
and genuineness.
All you need to do was to register at this portal https://internship.aicte-india.org/
Fill in all the details, send in your application or demand, and just sit back & see your vision
take a hike.

Foundation Train:
In this course, Blue Prism Foundation Training provides a comprehensive
introduction to all the key concepts and activities associated with configuring a
Blue Prism Process Solution. It is also the principal activity on the Developer
upskilling pathway, should learners wish to attain certified Developer status.
User interface:
This is the first display interface after logging in our blue prism account.

opened and now, search for Foundation Training, enroll and start the course
to execute the capstone project.
Foundation Training provides a comprehensive introduction to all of the key
concepts and activities associated with configuring a Blue Prism Process Solution. It
is also the principal activity on the Developer upskilling pathway, should learners
wish to attain certified Developer status.
Process Studio plays a key role in the Blue Prism package – it provides the ability
to create, edit and test processes using a graphical drawing interface with drag-
and-drop process components.
Blue Prism is the global leader in robotic process automation (RPA) and intelligent
automation for the enterprise, transforming the way work is done by empowering
businesses to automate time-intensive, mundane tasks and to help free up their
employees to be more creative and innovative.
Input and Output Parameters are used to transmit values between the Process
Diagram and the Business Object Action.
Business Objects do not store any values. Any value needed to input into the
Elements of an application should instead be passed down from a Process via an Input
Parameter. The Business Object should only retain the information passed down to it
for as long as it takes to complete the interaction.
A visual business object is one which is designed from within object studio. In
this case Blue Prism takes care of mapping the interfaces and no configuration is
necessary. Such business objects appear automatically in System Manager, and
in Action Stage Properties forms.
Object Studio is a new feature introduced in Version 3.0, designed to
facilitate the creation of business objects by providing a familiar flow chart
interface, as used in Process Studio. Such business objects are known as Visual
Business Objects.
Management of exceptions in unattended automation as exception handling. It
ensures that faults can be automatically fixed if possible, or that system
administrators easily identify them and repairable, or that it can forward them for
human completion if necessary. Exception handling's success is determined by
how well it is implemented throughout development.

Work Queues are created and configured in the Workflow Area of System
Manager. This is where Work Queues can be provided with a Name and a
Key Name.
The Key Name directly correlates to a column name in the Collection Stage
used to add new items to a Work Queue.

SWOT ANALYSIS
Strengths of completing RPA virtual Internship
1) After completing this internship one can be offered a job.
2) With the help of this internship, we can understand the concept of RPA.
3) This internship helps us to get the practical knowledge along with the theoretical
knowledge.
4) This helps us to enhance our employability and flexibility.
Weaknesses:
1) If there is a software crisis, then doing this internship is of no use.
2) This internship is not useful if we are not doing a job of this jonar.
Opportunities:
1) With this internship one can get a job.
2) This also helps to prepare for the future of work and also develop our work.
3) This increases our time management skills, communication and so on.
Threats:
For suppose after completing the lab, if we don’t click on end lab the charges
for the lab goes on as a result, we need to start from the beginning the whole
course. This is a big threat.
Conclusion
As a result, I would like to conclude that the internship played a critical part in
not only expanding my theoretical but also practical knowledge. By pursuing
this internship, I was able to get robotic-based knowledge. As robotic process
automation is a popular technology, it is both beneficial and promising in the
future. Because of its established platforms such as databases and compilers, this
platform is user-friendly and simple to use.
In this course, you will learn Blue Prism which is a Robotics Process Automation
software. You will not only learn how to develop RPA solutions using Blue
Prism but also will understand advanced concepts like multi-BOT architecture
and how Blue Prism is deployed in large enterprises.
