Dear Sir,
We refer to your enquiry and thank you for the same. Based on that, we enclose herewith our
proposal for Supply of 82.5 kVA FG Wilson (A Caterpillar Brand) D.G. Set as follows:
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION 82.5 kVA THREE PHASE
DIESEL ENGINE: FG Wilson Branded Engine model No: FB82.5 – 2A with electric start ,
turbocharged four stroke engine developing 66 kW @1500 RPM under NTP conditions confirming
to BS 5514. The engine will be fitted with the following standard accessories
ALTERNATOR: 82.5 kVA kVA,3 Phase alternator of self excited, self regulated screen protected
drip proof developing rated output at 415V, 0.8 P.f. 50 Hz when running at 1500 RPM at NTP
conditions and conforming to the IS 4722 Standards.
ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE:
RTU Acoustic Enclosure meeting CPCB II noise regulations with sound level not exceeding 75 dBA
@ one meter distance. Acoustic enclosure having integrated Base Frame, AVM Pads & Fuel Tank.
Fuel Tank capacity of 155 Ltrs complete with air vent, inlet and outlet connection.
BATTERIES: 12V - suitable size dry batteries with leads for electric starting
STANDARD CONTROL PANEL: Control panel mounted inside the Acoustic, consists of the
following

8. Diesel for commissioning the DG set
9. Approval from electricity authority and all other statutory approvals
10. Any other items which is not specifically included in our scope of supply

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Delivery : The delivery will be within a week from the date of receipt of technically
& commercially firm and clear order, backed with requisite advance.
Gst –: Included @ 18% in above price
Payment: 30% advance along with the order, balance 70% against Proforma invoice. DG
set will dispatch after receipt of full payment at our end.
Freight & Insurance: Included upto site @ Khairlanji
Warranty: 26 months from the date of supply or 24 months from the date of
Commissioning or 5000 hours of operation whichever is earlier.
Validity: 1 Month from the date of quotation.
Statutory Variations: All statutory levies and duties quoted by us are as per the current
Rates. Should there be any variations or any new levies imposed, it will
be extra to your account at the time of dispatch.

Commissioning: We will depute our Service Engineer free of cost for commissioning of the
genset. We will also help you in designing proper layout of the genset, control
panel and other accessories in the genset enclosure to achieve maximum
efficiency.
