Dhoti Ceremony is one of the most memorable events in your life. While the day itself may only last a
short time, we understand that you've invested an incredible amount of thought and care in it by

DELIVERABLES
Traditional Videos
• Full Length High Resolution Edited Videos shot for mentioned packages will be provided
separately with Pendrive.
Candid Photos
•Best processed -colour corrected High Resolution Candid Pictures (200~230) shot for above
mentioned events will be provided for Selected Package by client.
•Also all Raw Candid pictures shot will be provided.
Candid Videos
•30 to 40Secs Reel will be provided for cinematic video packages.
•3 to 5 Mins Cinematic Film of Event (Package 3,5) This mainly depends on the kind of
footage that was shot. So it depends on various factors such as, how elaborate the
ceremony was, how many things happened during the day, etc.
Traditional Photos
•All Traditional pictures shot for all events will be provided event wise.
Finer details to note:
•Travel (tickets and Local transfers) is charged as per actuals.
• Accommodation at or near the wedding location has to be provided by the client.
•All Above mention Events are per session ( approx 6 hours) , For extra sessions,Extra
events & Extra Sheets or Extra Albums ,charges are applicable.
•Two hardisks need to be provided one for master copy which will be with client &
second one for post production purpose will return second disk to client after
finishing post production
Other add on services that you can opt or:
•Live streaming for up to 4 hours – INR 10,500.
• LED Walls - INR 14,000 (6 x 8 LED screen) & INR 16,000 (8 x 12 LED screen) per session
(per session is considered to be approx 6 hours).
Fly Camera(Drone) - INR 11000 per session (per session is considered to be approx 6
hours).
Terms and Conditions
•At the time of confirmation, an advance of 30% of the package cost has to be paid to
confirm the booking.
•The remaining 60% to be paid on the day of the event or one day after the event.
•The remaining 10% to be paid during the delivery of output.
•Payment of booking amount denotes an acceptance of terms & conditions and is not
refundable on cancellation.
Timelines
•All edited images are delivered via an online shared folder 2 weeks after the Event.
•The Birthday film will be shared 4 to 5 weeks after the event.
•Traditional video will be shared 4 weeks after the event.
•Album designs will be ready 2 to 3 weeks after shortlisting of the images. In case of
multiple albums, it may take longer.
•Upon approval of album design from your side, printed copy of the album will be
delivered in 2 weeks
