Thank you for considering Neil Fenelon Photography for your Wedding. The
information that follows is intended to answer any questions you may have about our
professional services, range of experience and services to provide you with the
ultimate Wedding Photography coverage.
It is our goal to make your decision as simple and straight forward as possible. By
taking images which are insightful and memorable we aim to document both the
traditional and the spontaneous. We efficiently organize formal shots, whilst at other
times prefer to remain unobtrusive and allow the day to flow.
Having fun is a key element to achieving natural and relaxed images and for this
reason we enjoy involving people in the creative process. By allowing the bride,
groom, Wedding Party, and guests to enjoy and feel comfortable on their Wedding
day, we are able to capture candid moments. We are always more concerned with
capturing real expressions, over posed images.
Do we receive proofs?
Unless requested, all packages come as 6 x 8 size prints (which are about half the
size of an A4 page). All prints are professionally checked and printed on matt paper.
The advantage of this system is you receive every image and are able to put your
album together without having to wait for costly reprint orders. Neil Fenelon
Photography packages are free of any extra hidden charges. In many instances you
may find that your own album can be put together and relatives and friends can be
given extra shots with your chosen package.
Do we get to have the high res files straight away?
Yes. The photographer reserves the right to make prints for portfolio and marketing
purposes, and you still receive your digital negatives and enlargements shortly after
your Wedding Day.
Can we order variations on the packages mentioned?
Yes, the ones listed tend to suit most peoples needs, however variations are certainly
possible where required.
Does our photographer cover the whole wedding?
Yes. Some studios use apprentice photographers to cover receptions, however the
following Photography Engagement means that only your photographer will take the
photographs.
The Packages below represent three levels of Wedding Photography coverage. Each package
includes 6 by 8 size prints and all your Wedding coverage negatives. It is possible to
extend the attendance time of the photographer and at least one weeks notice is
preferred. An additional charge of $275.00 (G.S.T incl.) per hour applies, over and outside
of the indicated Package times, which
includes additional film and processing. $55 per hour for travel time outside Sydney
Metropolitan area.
Special: All bookings made within 48 hrs of an appointment will receive one framed
8x12 enlargement, free brag book mini- album to show to friends and family as well as
a free web gallery.
Book a date at the time of the meeting and receive a complimentary pre wedding portrait
shoot.
PACKAGE ONE:
Includes a minimum of two hundred and forty (240) colour prints and thirty B&W prints.
Includes all high res files and the photographer is present for a four (4) hour period. Unlimited
photos taken.

Includes a minimum of three hundred 300 colour prints and a minimum of sixty (60) black and
white prints printed on black and white paper. Includes all digital negatives and the
photographers services for a six (6) hour period. Unlimited photos taken

PACKAGE THREE:
Includes a minimum of three hundred and fifty 350 colour prints and a minimum of ninety (90)
black and white prints printed on b&w paper. Includes all digital negatives and the
photographer will be present for an eight (8) hour period. Unlimited photos taken.

Web Gallery: Why not let your friends share your wedding day memories online. Cards
will be printed to distribute at the wedding with a password and guests can browse and even
order prints which means you don;t have to worry about doing reprint orders.

Traditional Archival Art Mount Albums
Our albums are handmade by a bookbinder in Sydney. Each album matt is cut with a
beveled edge to keep your prints in archival museum quality condition. Our covers
are leather and feature embossing. Corners are metal edged for further strength and
each album comes in a presentation box.

In order to secure a specific date it is necessary to pay a retainer of $500.00, which is
accepted as a part payment toward a chosen package. All cheques should be made out Neil

AS REFERENCE). 50% of the balance of your Wedding Photography is payable at least one
week prior to your Wedding, with the
final balance payable upon collection of your prints, negatives and/or CD after your
Wedding/Honeymoon.
