HOWTO ENTERAND STOREDATAIN CONFIGURATION
Configurationdata is enteredfrom the ControlPanelwhenthe unit is in service
mode. Access and configuredata as indicatedbelow:
1. Turnthe unitOFF.
2. Ooenthecoverandsetswitch51 - 1 on PortableControlBoardA3175-01
in "On"oositionto allowthe servicemode.
3. Turn the unit ON, A beep will sound when the unit startsits power-up
routineand softwareversion(a.e.P01.03.0)is shownon the displayof
the ControlPanel.

2. EnterConfigurationas referredin Section2.2., step 4. Menu (C01) will
be shownon the kVp displayand led indicatorsof both FocalSpotswill
blink.
3. Enter sub-menusof Workstation-1as referredin Secfion 2.2., step 6.
The kVp displaywill show sub-menu(C1.1)and mAs displaywill show
(1) (Refer to Table2-1 Guide to ConfigurationMenus). Press any "Focal
Spot"to validateConfiguration (onebeepwillsoundfor aprox.one sec.).

Exposure(filamentnumbers).Attheendof thatramp,the microcontroller reads
the mA, and if they are foundto be 15% belowor over what has been selected,
generatesError 12.

Calibrationdata for kVp and for mA that generateE12 are not correct.

Tube Overloaderror.
POSSIBLECAUSE
Either the selected technique is beyond the X-ray tube ratings or present
conditions of the X-ray tube inhibit the exposure (anode overheated).
Parametersfor next exposure may be temporallylimited by the generator
(changethe exposurevaluesor waitfortheX-raytubeto cool).Checkif the heat
units availableare lower than the calculatedfor the next exposure (heat units
close to zero), or if requiredinstantaneouspower in the X-ray tube for actual
heat unitsis exceeded.

5. Unscrew 4 screws with white bumper of the lower cover, take out
carefullyas line cable passesthroughconnectionwindow.
10. Loose white plastic nut and start taking out the cable carefully.
Uninstallcableline connectorif necessary.

9. Now the PowerSupplyis readyto be taken out. Unscrew4 nuts
locatedat eachcornerof thePowerSupply.
10. Replacethe PowerSupplyandreinstall
theUnitstepby step.

frontscrewsandtakeout Collimator.
10. Take new Collimator and unscrewfour screwslocatedat Collimator
window.Placeit in the unit.Centerthe Collimator
with the unit and
screw(6 turnseachscrew)thefourscrewsof theCollimator.
11. Lay down the Unit and screw four screws locatedat Collimator
window.
