Dear Hon, Zuniega,
I am writing to formally request a permit to conduct a foam party in celebration of Linggo ng
Kabataan 2024 with the theme “From Clicks to Progress: Youth Digital Pathways for
Sustainable Development” which will be held on September 21, 2024 starts @6:00 pm –
12:00 am, at Barangay Mahayahay Gymnasium. This event aims to foster community spirit
and provide a fun, safe environment for the youth to engage in recreational activities.
Linggo ng Kabataan is an important occasion that highlights the contributions and potential
of our youth. As part of our activities, we would like to host a foam party that will encourage
participation and interaction among the youth of our community. We anticipate an attendance
of all our constituents and our team is committed to ensuring the event is both enjoyable and
safe. We will implement necessary safety measures, including appropriate supervision, first
aid availability, and clear signage to guide participants.
We plan to collaborate with local authorities to ensure compliance with all regulations and to
minimize any potential disruptions to the community. We are also open to any
recommendations you may have regarding our plans.
