Online applications from the candidates alongwith uploading scanned original
certificates and the Provisional Final Merit Position list has been prepared basing on
the uploaded original certificates.
I am to inform you that the 1st phase of web-based counseling for admission
into B.Sc., (Nursing) 4 YD course for the academic year 2024-25 is held on
30.11.2024 & 01.11.2024 and allotments are released on 01.11.2024.
The last date for reporting is 03.00 PM on 05.11.2024.
Freezing the Data 04.00 PM on 05.11.2024.
The list of allotted candidates in respect of your college is available on website:
https://drntr.uhsap.in. The Selected candidates are informed that the classes will
commence from 11.11.2024.
Eligibility for B.Sc., (Nursing) 4 YD Course:
1. Minimum Educational Qualification:
a. 10+2 Passed with Science (Physics, Chemistry and Biology) and English is
compulsory subject.
b. 10+2 passed out from recognized board under AISSCE/ CBSE/ ICSE/SSCE/
HSCE/NIOS/APOSS or other equivalent Board with Physics, Chemistry and
Biology.
c. Intermediate Vocational with Bridge Course in Biological and Physical Sciences.
OC candidates should have secured 45% aggregate of marks in Science
Subjects, 40% in case of SC, ST and BC candidates.
THE CANDIDATES WHO QUALIFIED IN THE Andhra Pradesh EAPCET – 2024 AND
FULFILLED THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA FOR ADMISSION INTO B.Sc. (NURSING) 4 YD
COURSE HAVE TO SUBMIT THEIR ONLINE APPLICATION BY PAYING THE NON-
REFUNDABLE APPLICATION AND PROCESSING FEE THROUGH ONLINE AND UPLOAD
THE SCANNED CERTIFICATES/DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR COMPETENT AUTHORITY
QUOTA SEATS. THE CANDIDATES SHOULD QUALIFY AND SECURED MINIMUM
PERCENTILE IN APEAPCET-2024 CONDUCTED BY ANDHRA PRADESH STATE COUNCIL
FOR HIGHER EDUCATION, MANGALAGIRI, A.P.
2. Age: Candidate should have completed 17 years as on 31.12.2024.
I therefore, request you to constitute an Admission Committee
internally at college level for verification of the original certificates in respect
of the allotted candidates at the time of admission at college and ensure that
the candidate has fulfilled the eligibility criteria as per Regulations specified
above. In case of any discrepancy in the certificates produced the same
should be brought to the notice of the University immediately.
Please observe remarks if any on the provisional verification form
before admitting the candidate.
You are requested to verify and collect all the original certificates from the
candidates, as annexed to this letter and bring the same for verification by University
for approval of admission on the scheduled date which will be intimated later.
You are further requested to admit the candidats duly following the admission
procedure and on production of original certificates and verification of selection
intimation of the candidates with the list is available in the website
https://drntr.uhsap.in and to follow the instructions enclosed herewith strictly.
You are also informed to upload the reported/not reported candidates data
by 04.00 PM on 05.11.2024 on the portal
https://apuhs-ugadmissions.aptonline.in/UGNRFY/Home/StudentLogin without fail and
the freezed report should also be e-mailed to
aunursingadmissions@gmail.com
Further, you are informed that, if any candidate slides to other college
in the next phase counsellings, the entire fee alongwith the original
certificates shall be returned to the candidate.
Disciplinary action will be initiated against the college who withholds
the original certificates of the candidates who slide to other college in
subsequent phases.
FEE PARTICULARS:
University Fee: Candidates who are allotted with a seat, have to pay Rs.5,600/-
(Rupees Five thousand six hundred only) before obtaining allotment letter through
payment gateway by using online payment method (Debit card/Credit card/Net
Banking). University fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
Tuition fee as fixed by the Government for the academic year 2024-25
for the Private un-aided colleges. No excess amount should be collected.

Further, I am to inform you that, by withholding copies of certificates
attested by Gazetted Officer, the original certificates of students should be
returned immediately after completion of verification of Original certificates
of the admitted candidates and communication of Approved Candidates to
the colleges by the University.
Severe Disciplinary action will be initiated against the college who
withholds the original certificates of the candidates even after completion of
verification of original certificates of admitted candidates by the University
and APHERC.
Note: KEEPING IN VIEW OF LIMITED TIME AVAILABLE FOR COMPLETING THE
COUNSELLING AS PER THE INDIAN NURSING COUNCIL, NEW DELHI
SCHEDULE, IT IS INFORMED THAT SUNDAYS AND ALL PUBLIC

COMPLETION OF THE B.SC.(NURSING) 4 YDC COUNSELLING.
