The Narrator: Throughout history, our ancestors had the place of paving the way for their
descendants to survive, whether that meant theft, murder, or betrayal. In Coastal City it seems like
all those years have gotten them back at square one, with the low success rate of 0.1% its nearly
impossible to make something of yourself other than a corpse in this hellscape of this city, but when
did that stop anyone from trying?
Genesis’ goal: His goal is to save his city from the optical disease and free himself from the guilt of
the children he let die waiting on him.
The story picks back up with Genesis running, stepping on the puddle the picture fell in, in a hurry
he still decides to shake off the picture on his shoe, only then to kick his shoes off and throw them at
(((a man and his dog))) following him and jumping over the glass that’s laid on the sidewalk in a
dramatic manner, limping away because of his theatrics and the height of the jump. “YOU BETTER
BE LUCKY” Genesis screamed “Those shoes cost more than whatever I stole so you better consider
it even.”, walking back gleefully only to halt as soon as he’s in the clear opens up what’s in his hand,
