Making 2D and 3D art for Game Pla orms
AID has one of the greatest game art and anima on programs in the country, providing you with
all of the tools you need to develop your own dis nct style in digital modeling, rigging, ligh ng,
and look development for 2D, 3D, and stop-mo on anima on. Use industry-accepted
technologies to demonstrate a variety of essen al abili es required to generate 3D artwork,
texturing, and anima on materials. With a degree in Game Art and Anima on from the Asian

Students in the program will learn about the processes used at all stages of game development to
produce 2D and 3D art and anima on assets for a variety of video game pla orms, including PC,
console, mobile, online, and virtual reality. Students will learn how to employ ar s c concepts
including color theory, ligh ng, shading, anatomy, perspec ve, and scene se ng when crea ng
video game graphic assets. Students studying game art and anima on will demonstrate exper se
of mo on capture anima ons, rigging, texturing, low- and high-polygon modeling, and rigging.
This four-year bachelor's degree programs will help you demonstrate your ability to create high-
quality game assets, specializing in 2D and/or 3D visuals and/or anima ons, using industry-
standard so ware tools, pipelines, and pla orm specs. You'll be conceptualizing and prototyping
pre-produc on art assets for use on numerous gaming pla orms. Students will learn how to
create models and game components in this course. You will also adapt, export, integrate, and

Students can apply to join a variety of programs on offer at AID. The primary entry point, ideally,
would be to apply just when one is finishing school, just when one is comple ng the Plus Two
(Class Twelve) examina on. Send in an applica on to AID when you are passing out of Plus Two
