NOW THIS DEED WITNESSES that in consideration of the First Party having
improved and developed his property in Site No.323, P&K LANDMAX AVENUE
Situated in Keeranatham Village of Coimbatore Corporation, by erecting a
compound wallaround property, floor tiles around building, Modular kitchen and
wooden works in bulding, painting and elevation works and generally making
value additions thereto, the Second Party has this day paid unto the First Party a
gross sum of Rs. 43,50,000/- (Rupees Fourty Three Lakhs and Fifty Thousands
Only) the Second Party also being at absolute liberty to hereafter use and enjoy
allsuch improvements as have been made by the First Party to the said property,
at all times hereafter without any obstruction, let or hindrance whatsoever from
the First Party and those claiming through or under him. AND the First Party shall
whenever reasonably required by the Second Party execute such other and
further documents in order to ensure that the benefit of the improvements made
remains further and more perfectly transferred and assured to the Second Party

herein.
