DAY 1
Early morning- 1 glass jeera water
B’fast- 1 glass full fat milk + 2 banana
Lunch- Banana chocolate smoothie
(1 glass milk + 2 pieces of dark chocolate + 1 tsp
coffee + 1 banana)
Evening - 1 cup green tea
Dinner- 1 glass milk + 1 bowl makhana

DAY 2 :
B’fast- 2 green moong dal chilla
Lunch- 1 bowl moong dal chaat
Evening-1 cup green tea
Dinner- 1 bowl moong dal and
pomegranate salad
