3. Home Improvement Loan: Loan for enhancing your home in many ways such as tiling and flooring, internal and external plaster and painting etc.
4. Home Extension Loan: Loan to extend or add space to home such as additional rooms etc.
5. Balance Transfer + Top up: Transfer of outstanding Home Loan availed from another Bank / Financial Institution + Additional funds for personal
or business needs (other than for speculative purposes)
