a) Copy of this foreclosure letter with your signature in token of your acceptance of the terms of this
foreclosure letter
b) Cheque/Demand Draft/Banker’s Cheque (No outstation Cheque/Demand Draft/Banker’s Cheque will
be accepted) favouring DCB Bank – Loan account no. DRBLFIR00536925. for the amount mentioned in
this foreclosure letter.
c) A photocopy of the invoice & registration book. In our records, the vehicle details are: Registration #
Engine # Chassis # (Only for DCB Vehicle Loan)
3 Your next installment presentation date is 04-Nov-2024. If the terms stipulated in this foreclosure letter
. are acceptable to you then request you to kindly advice your bankers to stop the payment of the
Installment/Debit. In the event of the encashment of the above Installment/Debit, the amount would be
refunded through a Banker’s Cheque to the above address, within 15 (fifteen) days of the foreclosure of
your loan account.
4 Foreclosure of your loan would be subject to realization of cheque/ draft and payment of all charges,
. accrued as on the date of foreclosure.
5 Goods & Services Tax Number (GSTN) (if applicable) needs to be updated with DCB Bank Ltd before
initiating any transaction to get Goods & Services Tax (GST) credit (if applicable) under the Goods &
. Service Tax (GST) provisions. The GSTN of only primary applicant shall be updated with DCB bank Ltd
and the GST invoice shall be issued by DCB Bank Ltd only in the name of primary applicant.
6 The original documents, if any would be released within 15 (fifteen) days of the foreclosure of your loan
account and the documents mentioned below would be couriered to your above address within 30
(thirty) days of foreclosure of your loan account.
. a) Unutilized post dated cheques, if any duly cancelled.
b) Closure letter indicating full repayment of your loan, and
c) No Objection Certificate addressed to RTO & Insurance Company & Form #35 for relinquishment of
the Bank’s lien on the vehicle(Only for DCB Vehicle Loan).
