1/ Do you spend much time with your family?

Actually, when I was a little child, I spend all my spare time with my family
for doing something like: watering the garden, decorating our house or cooking
together. However, right now I am studying far away from home, so I have less
time for my family, but when I am free, when I get back home, and maybe we
could spend the whole night sharing each other's stories.
2/ Who are you closest to in your family?
To be honest, I would say that I am closest to my mother of all my family
members because when I was a little child, I already know how ponderous she is to
take care of our family. And of course, I can easily talk to my mother a lot of things
and share my feelings and ask for her advice whenever I need it.
3/ Do you prefer spending time with your family or friends?
My family, of course, because I always feel appreciated when I stay with my
parents, because I strongly believe that only my family is willing to welcome me.
Whenever I feel stressed or have something to confide in, I always turn back to my
family and walk towards them.
4/ What role do grandparents have in the family in your country?
Obviously, grandparents play a important role in each family because they
contribute to their families a lot by helping the parents to take care of the children
when they are at work, teaching their grandchildren about: healthy values and
social norms and making the children feel more connected.
5/ What do you think about single-parent families?
From bottom of my heart, I feel so sorry if a child must grow up in a family
that have only a parent because they definitely feel a little bit sense of loss and
experience feelings of loneliness and isolation. I myself have witnessed a lot of
children facing that problem, and the majority of them are living in poverty and
forced to work to reduce the financial burden of their family. Therefore, they often
give up to follow their dreams and their education. And so, we need to join our
hands to help them, to spread love with them because no one deserves to be left
behind.
CITY YOU WWOULD LIKE TO VISIT
Honestly speaking, I have to say that HCMC is my favourite place to visit in
the future. This beautiful city lies in the South of our country with an area of
2,061.2 square kilometers. Therefore, it is also known as one of the biggest cities in
VN.
The reason why I choose this city is just because I was told by many friends
that It is a global city that never sleeps and extremely Vibrant, bustling, active, so I
absolutely want to experience it once.
If I have a chance to come there, Independence Palace will be one of the ideal
place to visit. Independence Palace is also one of the tourist attractions in Saigon
classified as a special national monument. If you have the opportunity to visit the
city named after Uncle, you should stop here to experience and explore this unique
work.
Besides that, I also want to see BT market once in my lifetime, so I would like
to spend time visiting it. It is one of the most famous tourist attractions in Saigon
that many tourists love checking-in during their trip. As I knew, this is a market
located in the city center, all four sides are adjacent to major roads, so it is very
convenient for moving. For shopaholics, this is a destination not to be missed.
FAVOURITE MOVIES
There are a lot of famous cartoons that everyone in the world has seen at least
once and it is very familiar with our childhood. It’s none other than Tom and Jerry.
Almost everyone is aware of the story between a bluf cat Tom and a mischievous
mouse Jerry. The film is about a life in the same house between two enemies Tom
and Jerry, and of course cat and mouse are always hard to be friend. Tom's owner
extremely hates mouse, so she always requires Tom to catch Jerry living in a cave
that he made on the wall. Tom is a quite lazy cat, and he often has to make fun of
Tom so that he is not scolded by his owner.. The plot is quiet simple but the film
Tom and Jerry always attracts a lot of audiences of all ages thanks to the lovely
characters and funny situations. Although many years have gone by, this cute
movie will stay forever in our heart

EVENTS
I'm not a crafty person, that's why I rarely make crafts by myself. However, I
once made a simple kite for my nephew last summer. At first, I had some
difficulties, but it turned out that making a kite was not really complexed. The very
first step I did design it. I just chose a flat one because I think it was the most basic
structure and could be easily carried around. Then I got a sheet of colored paper
and cut out the shape. My nephew got thin plastic strips for me. I tied them together
with a string to make the frame of the kite. And then we attached a string to the kite
to control it. It seemed to be an arduous work as it took me a whole afternoon to
finish it but after all I am very happy because my nephew quite liked it and the kite
flew very high in the wind. It was also a really memorable experience for me.

1. I was born and raised in Thanh Hoa city, which is lying in the Northern Central
region of our country Vietnam. You know, my hometown is becoming one of the
most important financial center of Vietnam day by day.

2. I have been here for nearly 19 years, but now I’m studying at a university in
Hanoi capital.

3. Yes of course. To be honest, I have to say that my hometown also has so many
facilities to serve the citizens. There are so many hospitals, parks, entertainment
centers and better job opportunities. Besides, If you have a chance to visit TH city,
you can see its development with an array of skyscrapers and new buildings built in
recent years.
4. The most important thing that I extremely love about my hometown is that the
living standard here is very reasonable and not too high. Therefore, I believe that
almost people can afford it. Moreover, people here are guaranteed the privacy,
education, security and health care. Thus, almost people have a worth-living lives
here.

5. The only thing that I don't like is the rumors surrounding the people here. Thanh
Hoa people are not only friendly, polite, soft, but also industrious and dependable.
They are pretty willing to help the others without needing to tell anyone or expect
anything to return. Thus, I completely disagree with some people's opinion that
Thanh Hoa people are all scammers or all cheaters because there are still a lot of
nice people here.

6. Actually I don’t know really much about this question but I can suggest one
place like Ba Trieu Temple. It was built in the 6th century, founded by King Ly
Nam De to commemorate the patriotic woman heroine.

7. Definitely yes. There are a lot of travel destinations or landscapes, so it attracts a

lot of tourists both local people and foreigners. I can suggest some interesting place
which is favored by the majority of people when visiting here such as: Ho Dinassty
Citadel, Ben En National Park, SS beach, Pu Luong Nature Reserve and Cam
Luong Fish stream.

8. Public transports here are also quite diverse, we have motorbike, taxis, buses,
and sometimes you will still see cyclos driven by old drivers. It's very nostalgic,
isn't it?

9. I do strongly believe that education is the most effective way to improve our
hometown. We must give the residents the solid educational platform and
comprehensive development not only physical health, but also mental health. And
then, they can use their mind, brain, knowledge, and experience to develop and
prove our city.

10. I'm sure not because I was born and raised here so I have a lot of unforgettable
memories as well as being deeply attached to this place. Therefore, whether I have
to go to Hanoi to study or go somewhere else, I always look forwards to my
hometown, where my parents are waiting for me at home.
Actually, my favourite singer is Lana Del Rey, a very beautiful and talented person
because I find her music is like a cure for my soul. She has a lot melodious sóng,
but the one that impresses me the most is Summertime Sadness.

"Summertime Sadness" is a song by American singer-songwriter Lana Del Rey,

taken from her second studio album Born to Die. It was released as an official
single on June 22, 2012

Summertime Sadness takes the audience to the hazy summer nights, when the sun
recedes to make room for the stars. The scene appeared poetic with the image of a
beautiful young girl dancing under the silver moon. It is a beautiful picture but sad
because the girl is lonely.

Lana Del Rey continues to bring listeners to mixed emotions. Her voice is also
faster, more intense, containing many insecurities. The character in the song faces a
stalemate and wishes to follow his lover's death. The melody and the rythm of this
song were amazing and extremely attractive. The song is also very soft combined
with Lana's sweet voice, making it very wonderful.

and you know, a very special thing is that girl in the song was inspired by a close
friend of singer Lana herself, who was suicidal.

1. Who gave you your name ?

Well, when I was a child, I was told that my grand father completely loved the
name "Huy", and he hoped that if he had a grandson, he would name him this.
Therefore, when I was born, my family decided to name me according to my
grandfather offer.

2. Does your name have any special meaning?

As far as I know, the name "Huy" means a bright, dazzling halo, illuminating
everything. It represents individual glory, talent and outstanding qualities. It also
symbolizes a person who has the ability to shine and impress with passion,
knowledge and achievements in life.

3. Do you think your name is special?

Actually, my name is pretty common in my country. I believe that a lot of parents

think the name "Huy" sounds very beautifull and it can be a lucky charm for their
children because of some meanings in spiritual element.
4. Do you like your name?

Definitely yes. I love it a lot because I was named by my grandfather, but

unfortunately he had passed away before I was born. Therefore, when I speak my
name, it is like my granfather is here with me.

This event took place after I finished my university entrance exam in

2021. My family decided to pay Nakhon Si Thammarat a visit.
To be honest, I have to say that Nakhon Si Thammarat is the most
beautiful and worth-seeing Province I’ve been to.
This beautiful province lies in the Southern region of Thailand,
which is very famous for Thailand’s culture.
It is a breathtaking, bustling and lively place. There are a lot of
ancient pagodas. In fact, I heard that some pagodas have been built since
the 1550s. Furthermore, it has a lot of amazing attractions such as Khao
Phlai Dam. Although this is one of the most modern provinces in
Thailand, we don’t have to suffer from any traffic jams, accidents or air
pollution because the people here are really aware of protecting the
environment, so they can keep the beauty of this land really well. In
addiction, there are many shops, stores and lovely souvenir markets. I’m
sure that you will addicted to them because you can buy some
meaningful things for you or your relatives at home.
When I spent time travelling this city, I visited so many beautiful
places. To begin with, we spent the whole day discovering Yong
Waterfall. When I saw it for the first time, I were absolutely impressed
by its magnificent landscape. I can’t describe how beautiful it is with any
words. On the second day, we went to the Khanom Beach. I love
walking on its sand dunes and swimming with my cousins. We competed
with each other, and finally I became the first runner-up. I have to say
that it is one of my best memories. After that, we went to a famous
seafood restaurant. The dishes here are not only delicious, tasty, easy to
eat, but also a little bit cheap, so everyone can afford that. However, the
only thing I don’t like is the attitude of some waiters. They seemed not to
be really hospitable and enthusiastic. Last but not least, we were taken
to Khao Nan National park. Its flora is very diverse. There are a lot of
kinds of animals such as: giraffe, monkey, black panther, phoenix and so
on. We took photos with my new camera, I bought it at a technology
supermarket. The sceneries are worth enjoying.
I feel so excited to have a chance to visit this wonderful country. I
miss it and still feel fascinated about it. Every single thing in Thailand
gives me a lot of unforgettable memories that I’ve ever received before,
and I’m really grateful to be in Thai.

The uprising on the Bach Dang River in 938 was really a climax in
the history of Vietnam. It was a battle led by Ngo Quyen against the
Nam Han army on Bach Dang river.
At the end of 938, the Nam Han fleet led by Luu Hoang Cao pulled
into our country. Ngo Quyen sent a group of boats out to lure the enemy
into the Bach Dang River at high tide.
Luu Hoang Cao eagerly chased his troops and crossed the
underground pile yard without knowing its appearance.
When the tide receded, Ngo Quyen ordered all forces to fight back.
In that situation, the Nam Han army could not resist and had to retreat to
the sea.
When the tide quickly receded, the underground piles rose up, our
troops hit hard from the upstream, and the troops ambushed on both
sides attacked sideways. Therefore, The Nam Han army became
confused, rushing in and fighting fiercely. The enemy troops abandoned
their boats and ran into the river, some were killed, some drowned, and
half of them were harmed. Hoang Cao was also killed in the mutiny.
The King of Nam Han, whose son was killed, heard that he was
defeated on the Bach Dang River, so he definitely panicked, and quickly
ordered the army to return to his country.
Ngo Quyen's Bach Dang battle ended successfully.
There are many reasons resulting to our victory. The most important
thing is the strong fighting spirit of our people when participating in the
resistance war led by Ngo Quyen. Besides that, Ngo Quyen's skillful
leadership of the struggle helped our people to defeat the enemy.
The great and meaningful victory at Bach Dang River in 938 was
extremely important to Vietnamese history because it helped to end the
period time of more than 1000 years dominated by the North nation in
VN. Moreover, it also opened a period of independence and autonomy
for Vietnam.

Vietnamese people often wear conventional clothing on many

special occasions such as Tet holiday, Vietnam women day and
ceremonies for the elder because Ao Dai is a feature of Vietnam culture.
It generally makes people feel most clearly about the atmosphere and
culture of Vietnamese New Year. Moreover, It also honors the beauty of
VIETNAM WOMEN. When wearing a traditional ao dai, a young girl's
beauty will be more extremely charming, elegant and gentle. That’s why
all of schools in VN ask female student to wear ao dai in every Monday.
