With reference to the above cited subject, it is to inform that
RA16_EnM_MACHHLISHAHR_CHITAWAN_SolarInstallation dated 08.10.2024. of Chitwan
water supply scheme amounting to Rs 3,33,832.8 (without GST) by TKC On
Completion of Installation of Solar power plant (for complete plant ) including solar
panels , VFD , Structure, earthing of all electrical items , Balance of system with auxiliary
load arrangements for Field monitoring devices , Cleaning arrangements for solar
panals , Interlocking Pavement below solar panels and Installation and commissioning
with civil works etc. complete, & deduction of 0.06KW solar power plant, submitted by
contractor M/s. Afcons. Infrastructures Ltd. Online on 16.08.2024 & forwarded to TPIA
for verification. The checked bill is being submitted along with the observations made
during inspection.
The Bill Observation report with observation is herewith enclosed as Annexure-A.

C. Other Observations and Note for Appropriate Deduction Amount –
1. In Abstract Item No. 18.01a is deduction for 0.06 KW solar power
plant is proposed against previous claimed quantity with 70% of
supply which is installed at site.
2. Guidelines given by SWSM for earthing system as mentioned in point 8.1 & 8.1.4
to 8.1.13 of RFP are not followed by TKC (TPIA Comm. Letter No-
MTCPL/SWSM/TPIA-Cluster 09/2023-24/113952 Dated 28.02.2024). So appropriate
amount may be deducted by SWSM/UPJN before release the payment.
3. Appropriate amount may be withheld/Deducted by UPJN/SWSM as per the
observations in remark for deduction column of report.
The reviewed bill is being submitted along with the observations attached as per
ANNEXURE –A above made during checking. Also, adherence of Payment terms and
conditions as per contract agreement done between SWSM and TKC may be referred
before releasing the payment.
