Work for Troubleshooting
1. Video transfer analysis in GP antenna.
2. Complete image shows in count received but image

5. After transmitting the…. app exit and asks for USB Access permission again.
6. Received image incomplete.
7. Refresh button on app to restart app,Storage clear
8. If when sending image data,the complete data is not sent then the data count is generated
at the receiving end but the image is not generated.
9. Sometimes everything is set correctly but does not work ,but when the feature is changed ,it
starts working.
10. To Find out on which broadband radio set is operating today with max capacitance.
11. Due to antenna failure ,the radio set also got damaged and there was a problem with the kit
as well. When setting the input to 5v,the voltage is 4.7 to 4.9.

13. If our system is not able to flow data then try testing it with vhf/hf utility software or if you
still can't figure it out then try running it on Smart ,if the system is not supporting data.

Problem facing with connection :

4. Garbage is coming in return while the image is sent.
5. After powering off the kit ,data is being returned on the app.probably coming from
CP Module.

CHECKList for TEST & Trial

2. WF & BT KIT : Data should be sent when you connect the kit for the first time.
3. When you connect the app to the kit for the first time ,some data is received and white
screen appears.
4. Data is received completely but white image generated.
5. More data size is saved.
6. If the kit is connected to one app and you close it and then connect it to the app then the
data is not sent.
7. If there is a nearby kit ,then wifi gets connected to both the apps and still the apps keep
connecting and disconnecting.
8. If the app misses data in receiving then the image is not generated and even after pressing
the cross button,data appears to be extra and that image also not generated…………..
9. When sending data from the app,after sending some data data is returned and at the TX end
white screen appears.
10. Sometimes data is not sent when sending single data on a map.
11. There is no map of all india.
12. Distance and bearing data is not correct.
13. Need to reduce location digits.
APP Troubleshooting
1. When you close one app and open another app the wifi gets connected but does not
go to PTT.
2. The data is completely received but image is not formed,Instead of image a white
screen appears.After closing the app and starting it again the image formed.
3. The image is not being saved ,even after receiving the image.
4. When you open the app and go to the image,data is automatically received.
Close the app,restart it and reconnect it.
5. The image data is correct but colour ,shade and pixels of the image get corrupted.
6. Half of the image is being formed in the base one.
7. When you open the image for the first time and send an image [sending *] is shown
and immediately after that sending stopped.
8. After 7 when I closed the kit and app and started it again ,the image became white
and also some data was received.
9. If the receiving from one terminal is poor ,then if it also transmits then the receiving
at the other end will also be poor.Garbage will come and app +kit both will have to be
closed.
10. In DT11 wifi of both mobiles gets connected.
