  WRITING
Whenever you work on this, I want you to tell
yourself that whatever you write comes true.
This is a worksheet you can use to manifest the
following: wealth, love (SP and friends), career
success, health, appearance change, self
concept and self confidence
There is no time restrictions when manifesting so
just because I say do this for 30 days, doesn't
mean it will take you 30 days to see results.
Calling it a 30 day manifestation exercise just
helps me (and maybe some of you) to discipline
myself to stay consistent and keep it as a habit.
Therefore this means you will be persisting and
persisting means guaranteed manifestation.
I guarantee you will get results from this, and
hopefully after the 30 days are over, you will be
motivated to continue with your journalling and
scripting because you will be addicted to
receiving more and seeing better results.
Quickly skim through the topics in this workbook
and then choose the areas of your life to work on
(there is no limit). Come back to these areas of
your life every day for 30 days and repeat the
exercise.
WEALTH
Choose two affirmations from the following - what
resonates with you the most?
- I am a wealthy woman/man
- Every time I check my bank balance I feel so grateful
- Large sums of money flow to me effortlessly & easily
- I am a money magnet
- I deserve financial abundance
Now that you have chosen two affirmations, write each
one 20 times:

Once you've done this, write down the 3 things about
 your financial situation that you are grateful for. It
doesn't matter how insignificant you may feel it is, even
if you have £10 in your account or you have a job which
gives you an income. The more grateful you are in life
the more you will receive!

LOVE:

Choose two affirmations from the following - what
resonates with you the most?
- I am in such a sweet, healthy and happy relationship
with them

- They spoil me with presents and love
- I am worthy of love
- Every man/woman that meets me falls in love with me
(use this at your own risk!)
Instead of "them/they" put their name if you have a
person in mind, if not keep it as he/she/they.

your love life that you are grateful for. It doesn't matter
how insignificant you may feel it is, it may be that they

make them your own and keep them simple yet specific.

how insignificant you may feel it is, it could be that you
did something you felt proud of or you made someone's
day better. The more grateful you are in life the more

Once you know which topics you will be working on,
choose 1 affirmation out of all of them. This
affirmation should be the one that means the most
to you.
I want you to set a reminder on your phone every
single day once or twice a day with this
affirmation.
You can also change your password to this
affirmation too and put a sticky note on your
mirror and write the affirmation on it.
The point is to saturate your mind with the desire
that means the most to you. It is such an easy and
effortless way to manifest and your subconscious
mind will be reprogrammed easily whilst your
scrolling on the phone, when you log into your online
accounts and when you look in the mirror or brush
your teeth every day.
Keep persistent and you will see the results!
