the perfect place! This is the official staff guide for what to and what not to do.

When becoming a staff member on Versatile,you agree to follow every rule without
arguing. If you fail to follow any of our rules it will result in a strike or a
demotion. You must check back on the staff guide constantly due to us updating this
staff guide constantly. We are a running staff team, not a playground. Being
immature / toxic will never be tolerated.
Rules

All staff members on our network will be expected to follow all rules set by the
management team. Under no circumstances are you allowed to make up your own rules
about anything. You have to be fair at all times towards any player. Any kind of
racism towards any player or staff member is not tolerated. If you have questions
about things that are unlisted on the staff guide please contact anyone from the
management team and we can discuss that with you. You must have proof for every ban
possible. A refusal to show proof for a ban will result in an immediate strike. As
a staff member your main goal is to make sure the server stays clean from all
hackers, and toxic players. Don't be afraid to ask for help, all staff are willing
to help you.

Staff Ranks
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Trial-Moderator
A Trial-Moderator is a newly accepted applicant whose goal is to make sure all
problems in their reach is dealt with.
All punishments must be recorded with substantial evidence to prove why you
punished them.
As a Trial-Moderator you have limited permissions due to being a “Trial-Mod”. Never
ask for higher permissions unless the permission is a blatant permissions a Trial-
Moderator should have.
If you don’t know a command ask a Moderator. Don’t waste an Admin or higher time
with commands.

Moderator
Moderators are a more trusted staff member which means that they can permanently
ban players. Once you are a moderator means you have passed the trial.Moderators
must also punish players with proof, The moderation team should also have a good
mindset of how the server works and how to deal with certain situations.

Admin
Being an administrator means your almost fully trusted in our staff team, Admins
can ban players without proof, If trusted enough admins may have operator!

Manager
A manager’s job is to manage our staff team. They are the only rank with
permissions to demote or promote players not counting the Owner’s. Manager’s can
give ranks and deal with upper staff problems. The manager’s are not allowed to
demote anyone within their management team.

Owner / Developer
They are the head of the server. You listen to them no matter what.

Punishments
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Spamming
Spamming is constant or repetitive messages posted three or more times
● First Offense: 15m Mute
● Second Offense: 1h Mute
● Third Offense: 3h Mute
Death Threats
Any chat messages along the lines of encouraging suicide or death will not be
tolerated
● First Offense: 12hr Mute
● Second Offense: 3d Ban
Racism
Anything offensive related to race, ethnicity, nationality, etc Only mute for
“nig**” if it is aimed at an individual
● First Offense: 3hr Mute
● Second Offense: 1d Ban
● Third Offense: 3d Ban
DDos / Dox Threats
Anything related to DDos or Dox comedy is highly disallowed. ( even if intended as
a joke )
● DDos or Dox Comedy or Threats: 4h mute
● Actual DDos or Dox Threats: Blacklist
● Actually ddosing : Perm IPBan
Advertising
Any sort of advertisements.
● First Offense: Warn
● Second Offense: 1h Mute
Exploiting a Bug or Glitch
Abusing or Exploiting Bugs ( This includes using a secret dupe method aswell )
● First Offense: 4d Ban
● Second Offense: 10d Ban
Hacked Client
Hacking is not allowed nor ever will be:
● First Offense: 7d Ban ( 4 day if admitted )
● Second Offense: 30d Ban
● Second Offense: Perm Ban
Xray
X-ray is not allowed under any circumstances, in the form of a mod or texture pack.
● First Offense: 2 Weeks (1 Week if admitted)
● Second Offense: 1 month ban
