Why should we choose you as Staff
There are several reasons why I would be an optimal choice for staff member. I am silly
and random at times of fun, and can switch to a mature, serious manner for anything related to
my duties and the server. I have the qualities of a helper, and past experience. I can help, ban,
observe, and watch over the server.
Firstly I am silly and random at times of fun, and can switch to a mature, serious manner
for anything related to my duties and the server. A staff member who does not take his/her/its?
Job seriously does not understand their responsibilities, nor do they deserve the position they
are honoured with. As you may have seen in the forums, I can be quite silly, putting funny
comments on people profiles, randomly linking the weirdest gifs from all over the internet,
replying to peoples messages making jokes etc. but at the same time, I can be really thoughtful,
understanding and mature about matters about the server, my duties, and anything else that
needs it, although I try my best to have a somewhat funny outer layer, I am all business and
intellectual with my problems.
Secondly I have qualities of a helper, and past experience. As a few of you may know, I
have had the luxury of being staff on EXGM and had a great time. I am sure you can back me
up on this, when I say that I was a hard worker, I helped anyone that needed help, even for the
silliest and repetitive of questions, and was patient with everyone. Not only do I help inside the
server, and the people in them, but I also try and help on the forums, making profile pictures etc.
In addition to that I am creative, and I have ideas that can be implemented to make this server
bloom into something beautiful.

Next, I will discuss how I understand what my job entitles of me. Some people that have
great potential put a lot of effort trying out for a job, making an amazing resume and put in a
fantastic interview, and even get accepted into a great job, but after just a few weeks of being a
hard worker, they start to slack off, coming in to work late, doing their work without care, etc. If I
become staff, one of my main goals would be to be consistent. Being on every day, with helping
anyone and everyone who has any problem, putting in 110% of effort, all the time I will be
reliable. When choose me as staff, you are choosing a great leader, and a greater worker.

Another reason to consider me for a staff member would be because I can collaborate
and cooperate. As a staff member, I will be expected to work with, and share ideas with the staff
team, I will be sure to work effectively and efficiently to work on collaborative projects as well as
share ideas and options as well as alternatives to problems we may face. I understand that the
staff team is a whole, with each member fighting for the same cause; to make i-craft the best it
can possibly be, and then improve it further.
In conclusion I will leave you with some of my character traits.

Unity is strength when there is teamwork and collaboration, wonderful things can be
achieved ~ said by some guy, now dead, never to be remembered :(

Once for a misinterpretation, I was accused of money hacks when I just drank beer (ill explain
later)
Once for accidently slipping up and accusing someone of ddosing (I though my proof was
enough, ill explain later)

KitPvP and PotPvP but if I get staff rank then ill be active on all servers

My first staff application on EXGM was a long story; this is going to be an even longer one ;)
Ok lets start it off where it all began, my early days of mine craft, playing on a cracked server I
found on YouTube, played on it for months, and it was a great community. Then one day some
idiot staff member messed up some file and the prison server on there, which I put in over 10
months of work into to get to the second highest rank (A) highest being (PB Prison Break) all got
reset, and every player went back to I (Inmate). This was not too bad, I quit prison, and played
on this Clan Wars game mode they had on that server. Some random player joined the game
and started yelling JOIN EXGM THE BEST CRACKED SERVER EVER MC.EXGM.ORG. This
was quite common since there were always people like that joining the server and trying to steal
players to other servers. What a coincidence, I was really bored at that time and didnt want to
play on that server right now anyways, so what did I do? I joined EXGM for my first time! At that
time there were only 3 servers, KitPvP, Factions, and the third I dont remember. I went for
KitPvP, since it was the first one I saw, and joined to a cool looking spawn. I got a kit and
jumped down in pvp, the server was laggy as hell, and everyone got like 5fps, I made my first
few friends, Virusx1, Yodog and some Batman guy. At this time there were plots in KitPvP, way
back lol. K this is getting too long already, lemme skip a few months.
Now EXGM is at its Golden Age, MVP+s rule the land, and me, just like every other member
runs around after the donors, far away to not get killed, close enough to swoop in and try and
steal even a single piece of armour. Then finally getting a full set of armour, and a gapple or two
(from a donor who you crouch to and look down and left click at the ground signalling you want

charity), and jumping down into pvp thinking youre the bomb, only to get 50 members on you
like a pack of starving piranhas. Ok next phase

The prison server is just released, Straight outta beta (Compton), and KillerAnt9000 is
spamming in the KitPvP chat to go there and try out the new server, so I go there and its all
pretty snazzy everyone racing to be the first to rank up a few times, and killer even has those
number games were whoever types in the number correctly gets $1 000 000 000. I won the
billion dollars, (actually like 10 people did) and thought I would be smart about this, after
spamming a few run-ups, I decided I am going to play this smart, so I went to the /Casino and
bought a Beer. This has a chance to either do nothing or double your money, I tried drinking it
but there was some glitch that didnt let me drink it, so I put it in echest. For a week or two I
didnt have internet, when I got back, I went onto prison to find out that it had reset a day or two
ago and that everyone was poor again. I look In my echest and the widest grin you have ever
seen appears, I see my Beer, my Beer sees me, its love at first sight. I drink and what do you
know? 2 000 000 dollars for me! I come in like a wrecking ball and speed rank all the way to
rank I, and of course I get reported for money hacks and get banned. I make a ban appeal the
day I found out I was banned, and told them my story and Astronaut (the man lost in space and
time) realized it was a mistake and unbanned me. Now I was the koolist kid in the klub. The
highest ranked inmate at the time, the #RichManSwag was real, I had 100000 friends, and life
was good. Then prison reset to the CoCo and drugs prison and I wasnt rich anymore.

Now Is the part where I tell you about my first staff experience, I applied for staff, and got the
job, I was the only one who got picked to be staff out of like 5 pages of applications (Idk if thats
really how many there were). First days on the job It was hectic, being the only helper at the
time, and the most active in game, I was getting questions left right and center. As the days
passed I got my grip and started really getting good at being staff, banning hackers, helping
anyone with problems, and even pvping in the rare chances I got a break. I hadnt made a
single mistake except for when I banned someone for 3 days instead of 7 for saying a server
name, which was my bad. I got reported. Of course. I knew that anyone who was jealous of me
getting the only position would try to take it away at any chance they got, but after like 3 pages
of the entire community supporting me it finally got denied. About 2 weeks into me being a
helper, a new player joined, and started saying the weirdest things like hey I am going to make
your internet bill rise and, I know you live in (enter my city) maxruler43210. This was also the
same time when there was a bunch of ddos accusations/issues and I collected as much
evidence I could and made a report. I didnt report him for ddos, but for alts, since he knew who
I was as soon as I joined, but then without thinking added in that I suspect him of possible being
able to ddos. I got banned for a week.

Ban over, and I am back as staff. After idk how long I make this thread in which I in all honesty
thought I was trying to help the community, but the higher staff thought was breaking a rule, and

decided to demote me. Several people asked me to make a thread to be staff again cuz they
(and i) thought it was BS that after being a good staff member got demoted for something so
silly. I didnt make a thread on it, since I decided that it was what it was and just moved on with
my life.
Soon after my demotion, maybe like a month after, the staff team fell apart and whitiei and
whitepointstar became the new owners. The rest you guys all know.
