Recipe: Fried Chicken
Step One: Wash Chicken. Let's say for one serving you will be
cooking four pieces of chicken.
Step Two: Blend a mixture of flour, 2 teaspoons salt, ½
Tablespoon dried basil, 1 teaspoon celery salt, ½ Tablespoon
black pepper, 2 Tablespoons paprika, 2 Tablespoons garlic salt, !
Tablespoon powdered ginger, 1 Tablespoon pepper ( jse white
pepper if you have it ).
Step Three: Slice Chicken breast into desired shapes and sizes.
Step Four: Crack Eggs into a bowl.
Step Five: Start Adding chicken into flour and seasoning
mixture. Make sure to coat well.
Step Six: Take the chicken out of your flour and seasoning
mixture and put them into your bowl of eggs.
Step Seven: Next transfer your chicken from the eggs back into
your flour and seasoning mixture.
Step Eight: Put your chicken into the pot of oil so that it can
start Frying. It should take about 7 to 8 minutes for the chicken
to be fully Fried.
Step Nine: When the chicken is starting to fry Stir the pot to
make sure none of the chicken is sticking to the bottom.
Step Ten: In about 4 to 5 minutes one should flip so that the
other side can cook properly.
Step Eleven: Take Chicken out of the pot and check the
temperature. At 165 degrees Fahrenheit the chicken should be
done and safe to eat.
