1.0 PERSONAL PROFILE


I am a professional in monitoring and evaluation dedicated to tracking and reporting, managing
and developing performance metrics.

I am focused in forward thinking and strategic with comprehensive view of the production process,
including how to accurately measure progress beyond simply reporting numbers. Recognized in
the past for having a unique understanding of how to identify areas outperforming expectations as
well as those that need improvement.

2.1: Research Assistant (August 2022-March 2023)

Responsibilities:
• Supporting development of Monitoring and Evaluation Systems for Restore Africa Malawi
project (RESAf) project funded by The Global Evergreening Alliance Ltd
• Supporting development Monitoring and evaluation framework, project log frame for
RESAf project funded by The Global Evergreening Alliance Ltd
• Data Collection using ODK data collection tool through tablets

• Resolve family and community conflicts
• Providing comprehensive assessments of each client’s needs including suitability for
counselling and selecting the most appropriate counselling intervention for the individual.
