Because I already have a more than 5 yrs experience and I would like to
build up my career in Europe and gathering European experience. Malta is
well known for tourism industry and they offer me a good salary which is
double of my current salary.

Well I got a one year employment contract and I will work there
accordingly for the duration of contract and will return to home country.

Greeting guests and taking drink and food orders.
Use proper serving techniques.
Staying attentive to the needs of guests in the dining area.
