Presidential Proclamations (PP) especially of PP 659 that successfully
resolved a sixteen-year struggle for lot allocation through facilitating
the ceremonial turnover of Fifty-Five (55) Certificate of Entitlement to
Lot Allocations (CELA) to qualified beneficiaries.
▪ Facilitated all coordination with Inter-Agency Task Force Yolanda and
followed directives for the success of the Yolanda Permanent Housing
Program virtual turn overs.
▪ Represented the National Housing Authority Region VI in coordination
to the Balik Probinsya Bagong Pag-asa (BP2) Program and facilitated
the writing of the housing sector initiative for the BP2 Regional Plan.
▪ Invited and recognized as Resource Speaker by the National Housing
Authority Region VIII for the orientation on Memorandum Circular
2506 (Guidelines for Eviction and Dismantling).
▪ Created and managed the official National Housing Authority Region
VI Facebook Page for information dissemination and to boost positive

i. Maintains and Formulates general operating plan for the unit which
includes the guidelines for the operationalization of established
