Over the past few months, I have observed many amazing marketing experiences
from various businesses. I can confidently say that marketers have the power to create
consumer desires. This ability heavily depends on their messaging and the strategies they
employ to market their products or services. Several factors have influenced my judgments
about the brands targeted at me.
From the lessons I’ve learned, my experience with online shopping relates closely to
the concept of place utility. The convenience of finding specific items I want to purchase has
made me a fan of shopping apps, particularly Shopee. On Shopee, I can explore a wide
range of brands. However, one brand that particularly caught my eye is "Flower Knows." The
elegance of their branding font and their princess-like packaging significantly enhanced my
brand awareness. Additionally, their collaboration with influencers has effectively built their
reputation in the market. Through clever sales strategies, they persuaded me to buy their
beautiful products. Moreover, this brand sends emails that help strengthen their relationships
with customers. Another brand I have adored since childhood is Colgate. This toothpaste
aligns perfectly with my demographic as a young teen who wants to maintain good oral
health, especially since my lifestyle involves eating foods I love that can cause cavities. I
have become a loyal customer, or what you might call a "true friend," to companies that have
established strong brand awareness and gained my trust, particularly in relation to my
health. And recently, I have become interested in a fashion style called jirai kei. Many brands
have caught my attention, but one in particular, "Dear My Love," piqued my curiosity. I
explored their FAQs section to better understand their offerings and purchasing process.
Their branding resonated with my desires. Thanks to their excellent thought leadership, I
successfully purchased a few pieces and have since become a loyal customer, planning to
buy more clothing from them in the future.
That’s everything for now. I hope to encounter more amazing marketing strategies
that I can observe, with the hope of contributing to innovative ways to market my own
products or services in the near future.
