This compliance report should be fully descriptive, item-wise self-explanatory. An appeal may be filed against this order under sub-section (2) of Section 162 of The Electricity Act - 2003, within three months of the date on which this order is served or delivered or is deemed to have been delivered but this order must be complied with, notwithstanding such appeal, unless the appellate authority on or before the date specified in paragraph above, suspends its operation. A 8. 9, Ttis noticed that all metering, panels in the floors are single earthed, the same shall be double earthed with suitable size earth conductor. Heat and smoke detectors shall be installed in the: shaft and flats control panel room. The Glands of all the Cables shall be connected to Earth. Itis noticed that all LDBs in panel rooms, shafts and cellars are not connected to earth, the same shall be double earthed with suitable size earth conductor. All openings of electrical shaft shall be closed with 4 Firs rated fire retardant material, ‘A suitable exhaust fans shall provide in all panel rooms. Danger Boards as per Indian Standard 2551 should be affixed permanently on electrical shaft in each floor. ‘All the Temporary /Loose wiring in your installation shall be remove immediately and make permanent where ever it is necessary. Floor gap in electrical shaft shall be filled with non-flammable material. 10, Suitable lighting shall be provide to electrical shaft. ILFLATS AND COMMON AREA: i 2 3 ‘Switch boards and sockets in bathroom shall be removed. All sockets in flats shall be placed at a height of 4’ '6" from floor level. itis noticed that some wires are left with bare conductor in the flats, the same shall be covered with suitable insulation tape. It is noticed that earth wires and neutral wires are looped in switch boards, the same shall avoid and separate connectors shall provide in every board. Switches/sockets near the sink of kitchen in flats shall be remove and provide adequate clearance from the sink. Revised load list shall be submit as per the loads exists in your installation. Lightning conductor shall be provided on the Top of the Building and it shall be connected to a separate and independent Earth Electrode with 25x3mm Copper flats by running on insulators. Weather proof switches/sockets shall be provide in balconies. ENERAI FEN Instruction charts in English and Telugu for the restoration of Persons suffering from Electric Shock shall be exhibited at all the Conspicuous Places. Danger Notices shall be exhibited at all the Conspicuous Places. Suitable Rubber mats shall be provided in front of all the switch Boards/Panels. Clear Identification marks shall be provided for the various circuits on the Main Panel and SDBs/LDBs. CO2 / DCP type Fire Extinguishers shall be provided atall the conspicuous places for dealing with Electrical Fires. Insulated sleeve or cover shall be provided for all lighting poles upto a height of 1.5 Mtrs from the ground Earth Flats shall be properly connected avoiding air gaps, where ever Joints were made and where they are connected at Electrodes to have more contact area and to maintain the continuity of Earth path from Equipment to Earth Electrodes8. i) Suitable Funnels and Covers shall be provided to all the Earth Pits. !) Identification Marks shall be provicied on all the Earth Pits. iii) All the Barth Electrodes shall be interconnected. 9. Aclearance of 3.0 Mtrs. in between the Earth Pits and 1.5 Mtrs. from Wall to Earth Pi t shall be maintained as suggested during inspection. 10, Earth Pits shall be maintained as per IS:3043-1987 11. As the validity of the drawings are expired on 02/11/2023, the drawings revalidation fee of Rs 7000 shalll pay in the form of challan to this office.
