‫( الفاعل‬Do-er): It is a noun or a pronoun that indicates the one who did

the action, and itis always ‫مرفوع‬

‫( المفعول به‬Word after Fa’il): A noun or pronoun ‫ منصوب‬that


denotes the subject of the subject's action.

‫( المبتدأ‬Subject): It is the noun ‫ مرفوع‬at the beginning of the


sentence

‫( الخبر‬Predicate): It is the noun ‫ مرفوع‬that completes the meaning


of the sentence with the subject

‫( الصفة‬Adjective): A noun used to describe the noun before it (


‫ )الموصوف‬to indicate it or to specify it and to follow it in defining
and indefinite, in feminine and masculine, in singling, declension
and plural, and in the inflections such as joining, opening and
breaking.

‫( االسم المجرور‬Word after preposition): It is a noun or


connected pronoun that comes after a preposition

‫)( المضاف إليه‬: It is a noun that comes after another noun (


‫ )المضاف‬to remove ambiguity and clarify it, and it is always
‫مجرور‬

‫( المثنى‬Dual): It is a noun denoting two or two with the


addition of a thousand and noun ( ‫ )في حالة الرفع‬and ‫ ياء‬and ‫نون‬
)‫(في حالتي النصب و الجر‬.
‫( الحال‬Adverb): It is an indefinite accusative noun that comes
to indicate the body of the case when the action takes place.
(corresponds to the adverb in gender and number)

‫( الضمائر المنفصلة‬Detached Pronoun): They are


independent pronouns by themselves, that is, they do not come
connected to what comes before them, and this indicates the
possibility of pronouncing them on their own, and they are divided
into speaking, addressing, and absent.

‫( الضمائر المتصلة‬Attached pronoun): They are


pronouns related to the word and do not come
separately from it.
