Text 1: Dream Vacation for Two

Last summer, my best friend and I decided to visit a small island in the Caribbean. We had
been saving money for a year, and finally, we could afford our dream trip. The island was
beautiful, with white sandy beaches, crystal-clear water, and palm trees everywhere. Every
morning, we enjoyed breakfast by the sea, and in the afternoons, we went snorkeling to see
colorful fish and coral reefs. In the evenings, we tried local food, like fresh seafood and
tropical fruits. It was the most relaxing holiday I’ve ever had, and I can’t wait to plan
another trip with my best friend!

Text 2: A Day to Remember

When I was ten years old, my school organized a trip to the zoo. I was very excited because
I had never seen wild animals so close before. My favorite part was the lion enclosure. The
zookeeper told us many interesting facts about lions, and we even got to watch them eat.
After that, we visited the monkeys, who were very funny. They climbed trees and played
with each other. At the end of the day, we took a group photo, and I still have it in my
room. That day was one of the happiest moments of my childhood.

Text 3: A New Job

Starting a new job can be scary, but it can also be very exciting. Last month, I began
working at a small bookstore in my city. On my first day, I was nervous because I didn’t
know what to expect. My boss was kind and showed me how to organize the shelves and
help customers find the books they wanted. By the end of the week, I felt more confident. I
even made a new friend, Maria, who works in the café next door. Now, I enjoy going to
work every day because I meet many interesting people and learn something new about
books.
