Heat Exchangers

---DESGIN DATA
OF VACUUM CRYSTALLIZER SYSTEM---
A Draft tube baffle type vacuum Crystallizers, fabricated of M.S/rubber lined
steel/304-316 L.S.S steel (material depends on PH of material). To operate slurry @ 9
TPH (520 GPL sodium chlorate and 100 GPL sodium chloride) at operating
condition 0.03 absolute presume and 30% -35% 0c temperature .The specification of
vessel may be 3250mm with 1625 mm dia of draft tube, hydrostatic head in 1800mm.
Baffle cone may be with stem dia 3000mm & height about 1000. A propeller of dia
975mm may be provided to enhance circulation. Vapor space of vessel shall be
3500mm with suitable designed catcher. Steam/ Vapor connection may be provided
from top if required of suitable size. This vacuum Crystallizers my genet sodium
chlorate crystals of 10-30 mesh size.
