Global Engineers Limited has been a leading engineering company since 1982,
designing and manufacturing customized plants and equipment specific to the
requirements of varied industries such as Railways, Atomic Energy, Nuclear Power,

All our equipment and plants are fabricated out of Stainless steel, Carbon steel, Nickel,
Hastelloy and other Alloys as per designs developed in-house or supplied by customers.
We adhere to the highest standards of quality and performance laid down by IS0
9001:2000 Certification from TUV, well established and proven QMS processes, and
strict adherence to Codes such as ASME, DIN, GHOST, BIS, IS, etc.
Our services
Design and detailed engineering of plants and equipment; Manufacturing and supply;
Installation and Commissioning at site and Training and Maintenance
Qualified Procedures and welders for SAW, GMAW, GTAW and SMAW processes are
utilized all in accordance with ASME code Section IX and AWS. Radiographic and other
nondestructive examinations are conducted by personnel qualified in accordance with
ASME code requirements. Production welding is inspected by certified inspectors.
Design calculations and detailed fabrication drawings are prepared by our engineering
department to comply with various codes and customer specifications. Besides using
Industry standard software, we have developed our own applications such as
PV Elite for ASME Pressure Vessel Design
Finglow for ASME Pressure Vessel Design
Auto CAD for general drafting
Solid Works for 3D modeling and FEA analysis
Weld Office from C-Spec software for
WPS, WPQ, PQR,Welder data base, etc.
Full Certification / Documentation for Conformity, Material Test, Radiography tests,
Hydraulic tests, Weld procedures, Weld tests, Instrument Calibration, etc. is normally
provided by us upon request.

Production Facilities
Our factory (area 60,000 sq. ft.) is equipped with latest and sophisticated equipment
suitable to cater with the requirements of customer / client to their entire satisfaction for
the fabrication and machinery works such as TIG welding, MIG welding, Plasma Cutting,
Heavy and medium Presses, Bending machines, Shearing machines, Machining centers
including lathes and turning machines, Grinding, etc.
We can boast of being one of the largest Fabrication Shop in National Capital Territory
Region of Northern India, comprising of Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad and
Faridabad.
We have fabricated a single pressure vessel weighing 20 tones having diameter 5100
mm and height 10000 mm with radiographic quality welding. Our monthly fabrication
capacity is 100 tones of stainless steel (AISI 304, 304L, 316, 316L and 316Ti etc.) and
200 tones of carbon steel on an average.
