❖ Industry Project at Chintamani Thermal Tech Pvt. Ltd. ( May 22’ – Aug 22’ )
Design of fixture Table for a Plate Fin Type Heat Exchanger with Forced Convection Cooling, Designed a extrusion based
jig and fixture for assembly and welding of all components of the Heat Exchanger. Provisions for customizability for
various sizes and specifications.
ACADEMIC PROJECTS
❖ Design and Manufacturing of a Carbon Fibre Seat Using Custom Mould
▪ Manufactured a carbon fibre(PAN) and epoxy seat for a FSAE vehicle
▪ Mould design based on driver shape and comfort using expandable foam
▪ Vacuum bagging was implemented for resign impregnation.
❖ Mathematical Model for EV Battery Pack Sizing and Energy Efficiency Validation
▪ Designed a parametric SCILAB model for calculation of a battery pack capacity, configuration and discharge current
▪ Creation of a custom drive cycle using data points obtained from GPS.
▪ Validation of simulation range with experimental range of “Hero Electric Flash Bike”.
