Report: E-Cell Food Stall Event "E-CELL EXPO" at Aahladh 2024
The food stall at IIIT Trichy operated over two days, offering a variety of items, including
desserts and drinks. The stall aimed to attract students and faculty by providing affordable
and enjoyable options while also being profitable.

Our primary motivation behind organizing this event is to empower our students
with practical entrepreneurial skills. We believe that hands-on experience in
starting and running a business is invaluable , and it aligns perfectly with our
mission to nurture future innovators and

Feedback from Students
Many students appreciated the diverse menu and reasonable pricing, particularly enjoying
the variety of dessert options such as waffles with Oreo and Kit Kat add-ons. However, some
students suggested expanding drink options on both days.
Conclusion:
The food stalls at IIIT Trichy successfully provided affordable, enjoyable treats and
received positive feedback for taste and variety. While Stall 1 made a profit, Stall 2's
performance highlighted areas for improvement, such as expanding drink options and
refining service speed. With these adjustments, future stalls have the potential to enhance
campus life even further.
