Sponge cake-

 ¾ - 1 cup sugar
 ½ cup oil
 Mix and sift
 1 & ½ cup maida
 1 & ½ tsp baking Powder
 ½ tsp bkg. soda
 Add gradually
 ½ cup milk
 1 tsp essence
 Bake at 180o for 40-50 minutes

Whole wheat sponge cake-


 ¾ - 1 cup sugar
 ½ cup oil
 Mix and sift
 1 & ½ cup aata
 1 & ½ tsp baking Powder
 ½ tsp bkg. soda
 Add gradually
 ½ cup milk
 2 tbsp curd
 1 tsp essence
 Bake at 180o for 40-50 minutes
Dates and Walnut cake-
 18 dates
 ½ cup milk
 Blend them
 ¾ cup powdered sugar
 ½ cup oil
 ¼ cup milk
 Mix and sift
 1 cup maida
 1 tsp bkg. soda
 3 tbsp chopped walnuts
 Bake at 180o for 40-50 minutes

Pancakes-
 2 cup maida
 2 tbsp sugar
 1 tbsp baking Powder
 ½ tsp bkg. soda
 Mix and add
 2 tbsp oil
 1 - 1 & ½ cup milk
 ½ tsp vanilla essence
 Prepare batter of flowing consistency
 Use nonstick pan and don’t use oil/butter while
cooking
Walnut Brownie-
 100 grams dark chocolate
 50 grams butter
 Melt
 1 cup powdered sugar
 Mix, sift and fold in
 1 & 1/3rd cup (Maida)
 2 tsp baking Powder
 1/2 cup milk (more if needed)
 1 tsp vanilla essence
 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
 Bake at 180o for about 25 minutes

Banana Oatmeal muffins(No flour, No sugar)-

 1&1/2 bananas(mashed)
 1/4 cup coconut oil
 2 tbsp honey (or 3 tbsp sugar)
 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
 1 egg (or 1/4 cup curd/yogurt)
 2/3 cup oats flour (115 g)(Grind oats to
make oats flour in fine texture)
 1&1/2 tsp baking powder
 1/4 tsp baking soda
 1/8 tsp salt(optional)
 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder(optional)
 1/2 cup chocolate chips/chopped
chocolate (coated with flour)
Mohan thal

 2 cup Besan(230-250g)
 3 tbsp(45ml) + ¾ cup(150ml) ghee
 3 tbsp(45ml) + ½ cup(100ml) milk
 Rub like sand (3 tbsp+3tbsp) and rest 2 hours or
1 hour then roast it in ghee ½ hr, then add
milk(100ml) and chashni(1 tar)
 1 cup sugar(200g)
 ¾ cup water(150ml)
 1 tsp Cardamom powder
 1 tbsp saffron water

Chocolate cake(aadi bday)


 1 cups powder sugar (raw, granulated or brown are
all fine)
 1 cups (250 mL) boiling hot water
 1 tsp coffee
 1/4 cup (60 mL) coconut oil, melted (or vegetable oil)
 1/2 tbsp vinegar
 1 tsp baking soda
 1/2 tsp salt
 1/4 cup (50 g/1 pack) cocoa powder
 1-1.5 cups (150 g) all-purpose flour
 Food colour - black
 1 tsp chocolate essence
 Mix wet ingredients and add dry
 1800 for 30 min
