DOOR DIAMENTIONS
When we talk door size, it is always WALL OPENING SIZE. Door and frame
manufactured such that overall size is 10/15 mm lesser than wall opening size for
easy fitting.

DOOR SHUTTER:
Outer Sheets: 1.20 mm thick (18 gauge) Mild steel OR Galvanized Steel Sheet.
Door thickness: 46mm
Insulation: first class quality Rockwool/Honey comb core.
Internal Stiffeners: Braced with 1.2 mm MS channels @ 300 mm cc for reinforcement.
Hardware receiving: 3/4 mm thick MS plates with hole and taping done welded inside to
insure firm fixing of door hardware like hinges, door closer, locks etc.
Door Finish: Powder coating / grey primer finish.

DOOR FRAME:
Types:
1) Folding type: all three sections are separate and can be assembled at site by fixing of Nut-bolts
provided. Generally; Anchor bolts are provided for fixing in wall.
2) Knocked down: Complete frame is in assembled condition, ready to fixing in wall by Hold fast;
masonry work required. All three sections are join by welding and at Bottom base tie of 2Nos
25x25 mm M.S. angles are provided.
Made from: 1.6mm thick (16 gauge) Mild Steel Sheet / Galvanized steel sheets.
Profile of frame: A type 100x60 mm OR Type B 125x60 mm OR Type C 150x60 mm

Trim Lock: Doors are provided with trim Lock. It is required when door is
To be accessed from outside. Trim Lock is just like lock with lever handle and
Cylinder which co-operates with panic device. Trim Lock is supplement to
Panic bar and optional in some cases.

Door Closer: Doors are provided with fire resistant hydraulic door closer.

2. Over Head Structures for Tanks

Be it in plains or in high terrains, water
tanks need to be placed at an elevated
height. The height generates more speed as
it falls under the natural process of gravity
which exceeds the speed of the water while
coming downwards. While in hilly regions
often the tanks are being placed on the
highest ground in the vicinity of the town
to achieve the same elevation, but in plain
lands, this is quite impossible. In such cases
other technological processes have to apply
that are expensive. In order to solve this,
