Specification : Providing and fixing of approved make 120mins Fire Rated doors tested and certified design as per IS 3614
part-2 & BS 476 part-20 & 22 at NABL Approved Laboratory & CBRI for its stability and integrity . Recommended fire door
design should be similar to earlier test evidence from NABL OR CBRI Approved Laboratory with or without vision lite for
maximum fire rating of 2hrs . Doors will be finished in Powder Coating with film thickness of 60 mincrons approx. in desired
RAL Shades. The manufacturer company is a member of NFPA and ISO 9001-2015 cerified . Door frame shall be Double
rebate profile of minimum size 120mm X 57 mm made out of 1.6mm minimum thick galvanized steel sheet. 120x57 Frames
will be mitered jointed and field assembled with miterd joint. The frames will be finished with Powder Coating in desired
RAL ShadeDoor leaf shall be minimum 46mm thick fully flush double skin door with or without vision lite. Door leaf shall
be manufactured from 0.8 mm minimum thick galvanised steel sheet. The internal construction of the door should be rigid
reinforcement pads for receiving appropriate hardware. The infill material shall be honey Comb craft paper. All doors shall be
factory prepped for receiving appropriate hardware and provided with necessary reinforcement .

Prices : The above quoted prices are net for delivery
Size : Door size will be 5 to 10 mm smaller then Actual Dimension
Packing : Wooden packing charges will be extra if required
During the Transit and materials delivered at the site the Insurance of the material shall be
Insurance : clients responsibility.
Duties taxes and other Government levies quoted are as per the current rates applicable.
Taxes : However, the rates prevailing at the time of dispatch will be charged.
Payment : 50 % advance , 50 % On PI before dispatch.
Delivery : 3 -4 weeks minimum
Unloading : Materials will be unloading and any shifting of materials to other levels in client scope.
Storage & Security : Storage and security of material on receipt at your site shall be at clients responsibility.
Validity : 15 days and subject to confirmation thereafter.
Note : An Order will be considered technically clear only on receipt of the following information:
(a) On Receipt of Signed Copies of shop drawings provided from our side.
(b) Color Shade approval.
(c) The Order is Commercially Clear on receipt of our acceptance and confirmation of all
terms of the Purchase Order and Receipt of advance by way of Cheque, RTGS or
Demand Draft Payable at Ahmedabad.
d) Quote is as per the Breakup provided by us and in case of any changes in dimensions and
Quantities apart from the breakup it will be charged as per Actual.
e) Hardware value quoted in this quotation is only with our door package and the Price will not
be the same when you Purchase Same Hardware individually.
