BRIDAL BLISS MAGAZINE PUBLICATION GUIDELINES
We invite you to submit photography submissions to be published in BRIDAL BLISS MAGAZINE (printed magazine) or
bridalblissmagazine.com (online bridal blog magazine). You agree, by submitting your contribution, to grant BRIDAL BLISS /
bridalblissmagazine.com the right to reproduce, modify/crop to fit template, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works
from, distribute, perform, play, make available to the public, and or to incorporate your contribution in other works in any media
now known or later developed.
Please note that BRIDAL BLISS MAGAZINE is a registered trademark and if you are planning to submit to the magazine, this
does not give you the right to use the magazine’s name to utilize other business services including but not limited to: PRs,
designers, models, model agencies, studios etc. Failure to comply may lead to legal action against you.
You warrant that your contribution:
– Is your own original work and that you have the right to make it available for purposes specified above
– Is allowed to be used in all our formats including: our online magazine (bridalblissmagazine.com), digital tablets, limited edition
print, marketing material etc.
– Has not been printed in a print publication / published on a national blog and will not be after Bridal Bliss Magazine publishes it
– You agree that all photos submitted may be used in any form throughout BRIDAL BLISS MAGAZINE whether in a real
wedding lay out or stock imaging to fill the publication.
– You agree to indemnify BRIDAL BLISS MAGAZINE and bridalblissmagazine.com against all legal fees, damages, and other
expenses that may be incurred by BRIDAL BLISS MAGAZINE or bridalblissmagazine.com as a result of your
breach of the above warranty, and waive any moral rights in your contribution for the purposes of its submission to and
publication on BRIDAL BLISS MAGAZINE and bridalblissmagazine.com and the purposes specified above.
-Photographer will receive photography credit at minimum one time per wedding published. It may be listed by logo and/or print.
PHOTO SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:
A full wedding gallery link must be emailed to hello@bridalblissmagazine.com from the photographer with a
signature on the line below and the photographer must type in the e-mail how they want their business name
listed in print as well as submit a logo in jpeg.
PHOTOGRAPHER RELEASE:
BRIDAL BLISS MAGAZINE reserves the right to keep your photos once submitted until after the publication
date to insure print upload goes smoothly.

there is any part of the wedding that we have left out, or that you feel needs to be mentioned, please fill in the

It is the policy of Bridal Bliss Magazine to only publish the names of Vendors who offer their services in a
professional capacity. Vendors who cannot be located with a website or other online search options will not be
printed for publication. Our focus is on local weddings in and around Lexington, vendors whose primary
location is outside of the Lexington geographical area may not be printed for publication. Bridal Bliss Magazine
reserves the right to alter or omit professional listings for the sake of publication.
