CODE OF CONDUCT
This document outlines the rules of behaviour expected from GoalPlus participants. It is a
binding document between GoalPlus and the individual participating in the event, establishing
consequences for participants for not complying with the core rules of behaviour of the
organisation.
Participants must commit, through signing the Consent Form that explicitly mentions the Code
of Conduct, that they have been informed and understand the responsibilities that fall on them
as laid down in the policies and extracted in the Code of Conduct. Participation in the event is
conditional on having agreed to this Code of Conduct. For participants under 18 years of age, a
signature of a legal guardian is also required.
Working Hours: Participants should note that working hours during the event are from 16:00 to
00:00. We recognize the significance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance and strive to
accommodate individual needs. Therefore, additional details regarding working days, rest days,
flexibility, and benefits will be provided upon request and discussed accordingly.
Applicability: The provisions of this Code of Conduct apply to all participants of GoalPlus,
throughout the duration of the event.
Warning System: GoalPlus employs a '3 warning' system to ensure compliance with our code of
conduct. For staff members, receiving two warnings results in a 10% salary reduction, while
receiving three warnings—whether for staff or volunteers—will lead to disciplinary action,
which may include removal from the position and blacklisting. The assessment of warnings will
be conducted by a board comprising the Head of the People & Culture department, the
respective department head, a member from the Executive Board, and an unbiased fourth
member from staff. For volunteers, this fourth member will be the volunteer supervisor, while
for staff members, it will be someone from the People and Culture department
