Dear Student,
This unit “English assessment (terminology)” aims at improving the student’s capacity to
understand and analyze a text in sociology in order to make him confident with his capacities
to deal with sociological production over the world through “enthusiastic” hardworking.
The first part of the text I am proposing to you is a part of resource book of multi-level skills
activities presenting variety of tasks written for the students), the aim of this text, which is a
combination of 3 texts presenting 3 types of schools which is focusing on: type of each school
and given information for each one, and given a brief description of the activity students will
be doing and working in individual work
try to read all these texts to acquire the correct pronunciation of English, and I ask you to
explain the difficult vocabulary (main concepts) as well as answer all the questions
raised on the texts and translate all the texts into Arabic
Every student must send the responses via my email mentioned above or receive them
personally from the university.

Be steadfast, our slogan is: « Yes, we can do it »

1- You are reading about real but unusual schools, try to understand each of the texts above
by explaining the difficult vocabulary (main concepts), and write the information for
each school as follow and give your opinion on the other hand:

2- Follow up: Read the texts and give your own ideas to design the perfect school
