                                    BASIC FUNCTION
Participate in planning, directing, controlling and coordinates the activities of the front office
department which includes guest room assignment, guest registration, guest relation, cashiering,
executive floor operation, baggage handling and concierge services. Ensures that maximum quality
of service is extended to guests during their stay and maximum revenue is maintained for the hotel.
Motivates and trains his/her team better results and achievement.
                           DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
   •   Ensure that front office staff desk react particularly to those guests who frequently stay in
       the hotel.
   •   Responsible for the compilation and timely submission of all required statistical and
       performance reports and accurate forecasts report.
   •   To be able to work in close co-operation with other operating department.
   •   Conducting ongoing training sessions to develop their ability to function with maximum
       efficiency.
   •   Ensure guests rooms are inspected with regularity and accuracy so that cleanliness and
       security is maintained.
   •   Personal inspection of VIP rooms.
   •   In general ensure a smooth and healthy working environment for the guests and staff.
                                           PURPOSE
   •   Co-operation, co-ordinate & communicate with all department heads as required.
   •   Assists in monitoring present and future trends, practices and systems in the hotel industry,
       determines and ensures execution of competitive programmers as directed.
   •   Establish & maintain an effective business relationship with travel agencies key personnel
       (decision-makers) with the application of sales & procedure policy.
   •   Transfer all management decisions to all staff & making a proper follow on applying it.
   •   To make sure that the hotel operation is running smoothly & effectively.
   •   Plans, directs, coordinates and controls all activities geared towards higher guest
       satisfaction within the whole hotel operation is in charge to find operational solution to guest
       complaints.
   •   Ensures that the maximum quality of service is provided to our guests during their stay or
       while using our facilities. At all times requested to set high example with regard to:
