Daily Routine

1. What time do you usually wake up?


I usually wake up at 6:00, I try my best to get up as early as possible. So that I can have
more time to do everything. After I get up, I do personal hygiene such as: brush my teeth,
wash my hair, take a shower and put on new clothes. Waking up early helps me arrange
my time more scientifically and stay organized in my life.

2. What do you eat for breakfast?


For breakfast, I usually have a bowl of "pho," a traditional Vietnamese noodle soup. I
also enjoy ice coffee with condensed milk for my breakfast. They’re very delicious and
nutritious that provides me with the energy I need to start my day.

3. How do you go to school?


I often go to school by motorbike, I prefer to go to school by motorbike than other means
of transport because it is convenient, fast. It takes me 20 minutes to go to school
everyday.

4. Do you exercise every day? Why/why not?


Yes, I really enjoy physical exercise. I find it not only helps me keep fit but also improves
my mood and reduces stress. I try to exercise at least three to four times a week. I usually
hit the gym in the morning. I prefer cardiovascular exercises like running, swimming,
cycling. These activities keep me both physically fit and mentally healthy.

5. When do you go to bed?


Actually, it depends. If I have nothing much to do, I’ll hit the sheet at around 10.30 or 11
pm to have a beauty sleep. But unfortunately, there are many times I have to finish my
work on time, so I tend to go to bed really late, at around 1 or 2 am.

Family
1. How many people are there in your family?

I live in a nuclear family, which is a close-knit group of 3 members: my father, mother and me.
We live in Can Tho city. We enjoy spending time together.

2. What do your parents do for living?

My father, a government official, commutes 40 kilometers daily from our home to his workplace.
As a result, he is only able to return home on weekends. Meanwhile, my mother is a homemaker,
she diligently manages household affairs. Their careers can be both fulfilling and challenging,
balancing the demands of work with responsibilities of home life.

3. Do you have any siblings? If yes, how many brothers/sisters?

Yes, I do. I have an elder brother, who the first friends I make. We share our joys, sorrows,
sometimes is secrets, forming a bond that can be incredibly rewarding. Growing up together, we
witness our triumph and failures, providing support, laughter. Despite the unfortunate loss of my
brother, he still play a crucial role in shaping who I become.

4. Do you live with your grandparents?

No, I don’t. My grandparents live with my uncle in the hometown. My family and my
grandparents have different daily schedules that make we feel uncomfortable. However, my
family always visits my grandparents every holiday and New Year.

5. What activities do you enjoy doing with your family?

Spending quality time with parents can be a rewarding experience. We have countless activities
can enjoy together. For example, we could visit a museum or art gallery to appreciate culture. We
can also try a new hobby like cooking, painting or play a musical instrument. The most important
thing is to find something that everyone enjoys and participate in.

Hobbies:
1. What are your hobbies?
Writing has always been one of my favorite pastimes. I love it because writing can express my
thoughts and feelings through writing stories, or journal entries.
2. How often do you do your hobbies?

I can dedicate significant amounts of time to my hobbies, engaging in my daily or multiple times
a week. It fosters a more adaptable mindset, alleviates stress, and enhances my overall well-
being.

3. Do you share your hobbies with your friends?

No, I don’t. Our hobbies diverge significantly, and I find solitary pursuits more fulfilling than
collaborative ones. I relish moments of solitude for introspection, as I believe they foster optimal
personal growth.

4. Are you learning any new skill right now? Why/Why not?

Yes, I am. I began learning guitar at fourteen, but it wasn't until this year that I revisited the
instrument. Despite the initial challenge of reacquainting myself with music theory, playing
guitar has proven to be a therapeutic and enjoyable pursuit, especially as a lifelong music
enthusiast like me.

5. What do your enjoy doing in your free time?

I find solace in solitude, immersing myself in the written word. With the gentle accompaniment
of my favorite music, I escape into literary worlds, savoring each nuance and line of prose. This
quiet contemplation provides a sense of tranquility and allows me to fully appreciate the power
of language.

Study
1. Where do you study?

Nam Can Tho University will be my academic home for the next six years, where I will deepen
my understanding of my chosen major. My school boasts a large campus with specialized
facilities for diverse academic pursuits. Its modern amenities and well-appointed learning spaces
foster a conducive environment for optimal student development.

2. What do you like about your studies?


I appreciate my school for its state-of-the-art facilities and dynamic learning environment. The
school's innovative and creative approach fosters a stimulating atmosphere. The faculty's zeal
and devotion contribute significantly to the engaging educational experience, inspiring students
to pursue knowledge with avidity.

3. What is the most difficult part of your studies?

I find practical subjects particularly challenging, as they require a robust foundation in both
theoretical concepts and practical skills to achieve mastery and successful completion.

4. Do you prefer studying alone or in a team?

I prefer solitary study as an introvert, as it enables me to concentrate and achieve optimal results.

5. What is your favorite subject at shool?

English is my preferred subject, a fascination that dates back to my middle school years. Its
practicality and applicability in everyday life make it indispensable. Additionally, I find a wealth
of English resources to supplement my academic endeavors.
