A condition of pure consciousness known as meditation surpasses both the inner and

concentration to your movement instead of concentrating on sound ,idea or items. You
might try moving your complete upper body in a steady circular motion.
5. Mantra Meditation:- Chanting loudly while in meditation is known as mantra meditation
