We refer to the said Guidelines issued by Ministry of Home Affairs on 28th March 2020 via Consolidated
Annexure to its Order No. 40-3/2020 DM-I (A) dated 24th March 2020.

We say that we are engaged in sale of Groceries and daily Essential Goods through our E-Commerce
Platform and thus fall under the Exceptions specified in Point No. 4 (e) of the said Guidelines, the extract
of which is attached hereto as an Annexure to this declaration.

We are thus partnering with Shadowfax for transportation and delivery of groceries and daily
essential goods. We hereby confirm that any rider/logistics service prover carrying this declaration is
working for an emergency duty of delivery essential item ordered through our E-Commerce Platform.

We at Nykaa E-Retail Pvt. Ltd. assure complete cooperation, support & safety of all the citizens and will
follow all the orders of Administration.

We, Manash Lifestyle Private Limited, having our corporate office building at 101 - B, 1st Floor Raheja
Plaza, LBS Marg, Ghatkopar (W), Mumbai , 400086 operating through various warehouses in different
states, do hereby declare, undertake & assure as below:

1. That we are engaged in the business of warehousing, distribution and supply of essential
household goods and personal hygiene goods of daily needs through our website Purplle.com. As
per notification of the government authorities, ecommerce companies supplying essential goods
will be exempted from closure.
2. We will be working non-stop to deliver essential supplies in this emergency situation.
3. We have ensured that all required measures are taken to implement the highest standards of
hygiene, sanitation and safety in our warehouse premises.
4. Enclosed is a copy of advisory issued by The Commissioner of Police (Gurugram) to all the
concerned police authorities.
5. We have taken necessary approval for operating our existing Warehouse Facility from district
Magistrate -Gurugram situated at Khasra No 20/7/1, Old DTDC Warehouse Complex, Jamalpur-
Panchgaon Road, Jamalpur-122503, to fulfill customer orders related to products mentioned
below from District Magistrate -Gurugram.
6. The bearer of this letter is a Logistics and Supply Partner, responsible for transporting products
mentioned below daily to and from our warehouse located below:

This is to inform that Snapdeal Private Limited (“Company”) is prioritizing its resources to
facilitate availability of Essential Goods (“Essential Goods”) and service end customer’s most
urgent needs.
Ministry of Home Affairs vide Order No. 40-3/2020-D dated 24th March 2020 specified that
e-commerce entities engaged in facilitating sale and delivery of Essential Goods to its
customers shall be exempted from the order pertaining to closure of commercial and
private establishments.

Shadowfax Technologies Private Limited(“Shadowfax”) is a logistic service provider of the

Company and renders logistics services pertaining to delivery of Essential Goods from
seller’s warehouse to the end customers.

Hence, Shadowfax must remain operational to ensure Essential Goods are made available to
end customers as per the directions issued by the government authorities in this regard.

healthcare platform acts as a marketplace which enables the patients and consumers in India to access the
delivery of the medical, pharmaceutical products & services as per their need by connecting them with the

“Essential Services” as defined under the provisions of the Essential Services Maintenance Act (as amended

provided by us and to avoid any disruption in the providing essential service to the community, please note

by picking up the packages from the locations of the licensed vendors (with whom we have agreements) and
delivering the same to the end consumer.
