CONCERN:
I AM WRITING THIS LETTER TO EXPLAIN THE DELINQUENCY ON MY MORTGAGE PAYMENTS
AS I DESIRE A URGENT NEED FOR ACCOUNT RESOLUTIONS & TEAM TO PLEASE ASSIST WITH
ME WITH MODIFYING MY LOAN.
I was recently forced to divorce and get a restraining order from my childrens father ( 2 girls)
and now ex husband of 20 years . Unfortunately he is still battling with opioiod addiction
after he was in a accident in 2018. I Originally placed 180 k down on the home after losing my
entire family and I did not think I would loose him and end up in a position to take on the
responsibility of all household bills/expenses and our two daughters. I received sole custody of
the children and gained sole ownership of 20716 n. 60th dr glendale Az seperate property as
listed in the divorce decreee attached. Due to recent violations of the restraining order I
became a vivtim of domestic disputes having things taken from me including my business
licence.(Forced to shut down) Due to the loss I lost my salon manager forcing to close. I am
late on the payments due to hardship and loosing my source of income. I will need at least 3
months to get back child support enforced in hopes he begins to pay child support.I have and
will continue to reach out and get assistance to help with bills and fiancees and make up for
lost income that caused me to fall behind on my mortgage. Currently seeking Child support
enforcement due to not receiving the amount awarded over 20k in and I am reducing the
amount of bills I have and working on accessing any funds to assist with my debt. I currently
have exhausted all my resources and my intension for the future is to use coverage owed on
my Busniess owners policy and get my credit back up to 700 or higher after credit card debt
consolidation which leaves intentions for the future to pay back the delinquent amount added
in loan modification with still remaining at a decent interest rate in hopes to be qualified to
access my equity and in hopes I do not have a long record of forbearance due to affecting my
Qualifications on a lower payment or access the equity . I desire to keep the home for the sake
of the children s well being stated in (decree) we have lived here over 11 years and education
and schools have not been disrupted or held them from education .Due to the amount of down
payment I placed when I purchased the home years ago hoping to seek home repairs with
equity built                                        n the future when my credit and income is
stable . A loan modification would be of value in a time of hardship and being stuck in a hard
spot as well a loss/reduction of income and taking on full responsibility of all the home
expenses and childminder needs & utilities all bills became my responsibility since the divorce.
I have intentions to keep the delinquent amount at a minimum due to it delaying in
qualifications on a 2nd mortgage. it would be my desire to keep the home and living
arraignments and a loan modification would be of value in a time of reduced income and
financial hardship. I am asking to consider for a loan modification including modification to
the delinquent amount and or monthly payment.
