The parties to this Agreement are:
Omega Engineering Systems LTD hereinafter known as “
Company Training provider” and …as “ Trainee”.
AGREEMENT
In consideration of the premises and mutual covenants
expressed in this Agreement,Trainee shall pay Training
Fees to Omega Engineering Systems LTD and Omega
Engineering System will provide Training(onsite ) and
training certificate as specified in this Agreement .

RESPONSIBILITIES OF BOTH PARTIES
Omega Engineering Systems LTD is responsible to:
1. To prepare course content and provide it to
candidate trough onsite.
2. To provide training during work days and the training
period is 2 Hours per day.
3. To provide an EBM receipt to the trainee once a full
payment is done .
4. To Provide a Training Certificate after program
completion and to provide internet facility during
training.
5. To provide a room for the training: Ecole secondaire
saint Joseph.
Candidate is responsible to:
1. To attend a training as specified in terms and
condition of contract.
2. To pay the tuition and fees as specified in payment
modalities.
3. To use his own laptop .

Payment Modalities
. The tuition and fees for the whole training is 400,000
