Good evening ladies and gentlemen I, Saara, and I, Gaurav, stand before you today with great honor to present the
Annual Report for the academic year 2024-25. This annual report encapsulates the saga of indomitable spirit and
dedication with which each and every Palladian has worked tirelessly to taste the nectar of their success.

Under the astute tutelage of our dynamic leadership of management, within this span of three years
palladium has catapulted itself to fame by clinging Rank NO. 1 in Hisar and Haryana category, it's not just a
title; it's the testament to the invincible spirit of the management, unwavering commitment of the faculty
members, unflinching support from parents and dedicated efforts by our dear students. For the last three
consequetive years getting awarded at the North India’s School Merit Awards ceremony for different
categories competing against more than 300 schools is a humbling and inspiring accomplishment.

Truly, as Walt Disney said, “All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them. Our
school leads with a vision to shape young learners into future leaders of the nation. Each year, aligning with
Palladium’s tagline, we carve 'leadership paths' by electing student leaders as torchbearers of our values.
During the investiture ceremony, these prefectorial leaders inspire their peers to excel, uphold integrity, and
teamwork in all aspects of school life.

To corroborate the facts, here are a few enumerate to make you sail through the odyssey.

You know Gaurav Rome wasn’t built in a day, and neither is success.(Indeed) It took years of patience
and perseverance to maintain spectacular records. This year, our maiden CBSE results were outstanding,
with Aayushi securing 97.6% in Grade 10 and Gautam achieving a top-notch position in Grade 12. To
elevate students to global standards, we've introduced Cambridge English and Robotics classes, preparing
them for future STEM careers.We also proudly collaborate with the Science Olympiads Foundation
(SOF), conducting olympiads in General Knowledge, Mathematics, Science, English, Commerce, Spell bee,
Cyber, from Nursery to Grade 12. Additionally, our Abacus and Vedic Math programs enhances mental
math abilities, unlocking the power of ancient Indian mathematics. Also it's important to acknowledge one
of our most unique initiatives—Pastoral Care. The initiative stands as a cornerstone in building the
relationship between parents and teachers, ensuring that clear, open communication paves way for a
harmonious journey.

With dreams in the eyes and fire in the belly, our students continue to thrive. Their victories, both on
national and international stages, speak volumes of their dedication. Lakshita, our alumnus won the World
Junior Championship in shooting and brought laurels not only to the school but for the nation aswell.

From budding shooting stars like Arpan ,Harshit, Ridhvansh,Divanshi, both in air rifle and air pistol,
Ramanya, Sachin, in making waves in swimming, Manvi, Avni excelling in table tennis, Saanvi in karate,
Riya in Khelo India Women’s trials, Himanshu, Riya in taekwondo, Arshiya, Jiya, Tanya in skating, to ice
skating and many more, our students have left an unmatched trail. When it comes to showcasing talents at
Inter House Level that test their mettle by clinging to hard-fought victories in basketball, football,
badminton, volleyball, athletics,chess and carom. As Michael Jordan says it, “Talent wins games, but
teamwork and intelligence win championships.”

Very well said, Anant. In fact, Academic excellence is not the only arena ,but we are equally engaged in
producing sports stars. We take the utmost pride as a conglomerate in clinching the 1st position at the
Sahodaya Inter-School Dance Competition, conducted under the guidance of our Classical Dance Teacher
Ms. Alka at OPJMS. Additionally, our team secured the 2nd position in the Yoga competition prepared by
our talented coach at Mr.Raina at OPJMS. A plethora of events and activities are meticulously designed
every year to give students that extra cutting edge, be it through active participation in Intra-Class
competitions like debates, quizzes, and art contests, or Inter-Class competition such as: sports tournaments,
science exhibitions, and leadership camps on campus, or inter-house competitions like music, drama,
creative writing, or chess, and consistently bagging impressive positions at inter-school competitions in
yoga, dance, table tennis, debate, declamation, and many more .

As we believe,"Education is the most powerful weapon which one can use to change the world. From
enchanting storytelling and whimsical mirror acts to delightful food fairs and engaging grocery visits, we
weave a world of imagination and exploration. Innumerable number of activities such as mask-making,
cooking without flames, rock mandala art, the aromatic journey of the spice, almanac: flavors from plants
,STEM initiatives and MUN seamlessly enrich our daily curriculum. Beyond academics, we celebrate social,
cultural, and environmental awareness through celebrating events like Earth Day, Mother's Day, Labour’s
Day, Human Rights Day, and more. Our plantation drives and yoga practices foster mindfulness and a deep
connection to our roots. In addition, by enthusiastically celebrating our National Day’s We ignite patriotism
in our youth by honoring national heroes and empowering students to become responsible citizens and
champions of equality and peace.

As Ralph Waldo Emerson said, "The only person you are destined to become is the person you decide to
be." Palladium offers awareness camps, including POCSO sessions, financial literacy training, and career
counseling to help navigate modern challenges. We believe that “The greatest glory in living lies not in
never falling, but in rising every time we fall.” To promote a well-rounded experience, we organize trips to
Dehradun, Dhanaulti, Jaipur,Pratapgarh, along with industrial, temple, and botanical lab visits, ensuring our
students remain rejuvenated and motivated. Alongside, we hosted a grand gala carnival to break the
monotony, and our annual sports meet put their physical endurance, stamina, and determination to the
ultimate test.

Many milestones have been achieved and are ready for the opportunities ahead. Our dedication to shaping
young minds into future leaders is driven by the confidence and enthusiasm that reflect the core values of
our school. We dedicate our successes to the unwavering dedication of our remarkable teachers,staff, whose
tireless efforts shine under, and above all the visionary leadership of our Principal and management. As we
embrace the journey that lies ahead, let us remember the words of Eleanor Roosevelt: ‘The future belongs to
those who believe in the beauty of their dreams.’ United in our mission, we look forward to shaping a
