Dear Parents, Teachers, and Students,
As the curtains draw on yet another remarkable year, it fills us with immense pride to
share the milestones, achievements, and memories that have defined our journey. This
year has been a tapestry of hard work, crea vity, and collabora on—a celebra on of the
growth, resilience, and excellence that our school stands for.
In this annual report, we invite you to revisit the highlights of the year—a year filled with
dreams turned into reality, challenges embraced as opportuni es, and stories of success
that reflect the heart of our school: our students and their boundless poten al.

With the pleasure I present before you this year’s successful and fulfilling annual report of
New Sri Vani Vidyashala Highschool.
The total strength of both the sec on i.e. Primary and Secondary Sec on are is
849 students.
In s.s.c result for the year 2023-2024 we have secured 100% result.
Academic and cocurricular ac vi es:
With a vision to foster holis c development and nurture lifelong learners, this year was
filled with milestones in academics, co-curricular ac vi es, and character-building
programs. Let us take a moment to reflect on the highlights of the year gone by and look
forward to even greater aspira ons in the future.
Our students will appear for state board scholarship exam which will be held on 9th
February2025 and from Std V and VIII total 14 students are going to appear.
In Elementary & Intermediate drawing exam total 28 students appeared and secured
100% result.
Our students has taken part in different interschool compe ons and
received many awards.
In Rangotsav celebra on Na onal Level Art Compe on:
1) Masira Shaikh From Std XA got 2nd prize
2) Shiza Patel IXA got Art Merit Award
15 students were awarded with Gold Medal.
10 students with Silver Medal.
07 students with Bronze Medal.
In Quiz Compe on (Bharat Ko Jano) organised by Bharat Vikas Parishad Mst.Viraj
Shimpi of Std IX B secured 3rd prize.
The Indian Ins tute of Architects Kalyan Dombivali centre organised at New High
School Kalyan 15 students par cipated among them
1) Rafiya Siddhique from Std IX A stood 1st
2) Priya Khushwa from Std X A stood 2nd
Sports:
Sports and physical ac vi es play a vital role in the holis c development of students,
fostering teamwork, discipline, and a spirit of healthy compe on. This year Secondary
sec on Annual sports meet was held on 21 st December 2024 at Yashwantrao Chavan
playground along with the prize distribu on of sports. Various individual and group events
were conducted. Our students has par cipated in various Na onal, State, District &
Divisional level Compe ons.
Weight Li ing district level compe on sponsored by K.D.M.C D.S. O Under-17
Ms.Khushi Sapkal from Std VII stood 2nd as well as won Gold medal in Weight Li ing
organised by Zillaha rashtriya youth junior & senior. Unbelievable strength and
dedica on.
In Badminton Compe on Mst.Mohammed Ammar Shaikh of Std IX B got 4 th
posi on.

Health and Hygiene:
To ensure the well-being of students, rou ne health check-up camp was organized on 29th
& 30th August 2024 in collabora on with healthcare professionals. Vision tests, dental
check-ups, and general medical examina ons were conducted, and necessary health
advice was provided to students. Medical check-up was arranged for parents along with
their family members, teaching & non-teaching staff on 1st September 2024.
Awareness Campaign:
Guidance session on security of students and parents was conducted on 4th
September 2024. P.S.I.Dipali Wagh from Bazarpeth police sta on guided our parents
and students.
A session was conducted on good touch and bad touch for students by the
psychologist Dr. Chetan Nerkar and Dr. Sachita Se on 24th September 2024.
Scout & Guide camp was also conducted for Std V to VIII on 10 th and 11th December
2024 at Gopi Farm, Nerul.
Pre-Primary & Primary Sec on:
The Pre-Primary and Primary sec ons form the founda on of a child’s educa onal journey,
nurturing young minds with a blend of academic learning, crea vity, and holis c
development.
The Pre-Primary and Primary sec on also had their annual sports meet to inspire and
boost the young sportsman. Sports prize distribu on ceremony was held on 14th of
December 2024.
As we reflect on the achievements and growth of our young learners, we take pride in their
progress and look forward to another year of explora on, learning, and joyful experiences
in our Pre-Primary and Primary sec ons.
Parents and Teachers Associa on:
The Parent-Teacher Associa on (PTA) con nues to play a crucial role in strengthening the
bond between parents, teachers, and students. This year, the PTA has ac vely contributed
to various ini a ves aimed at enhancing the overall development of students and fostering
a collabora ve school environment.
Management of the School:
The management of the school plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth func oning of
academic and administra ve ac vi es. Under the leadership of the principal, teaching &
non-teaching staff, the school con nues to uphold its mission of providing quality
educa on and fostering an environment of growth and discipline. The South Indian
Associa on has always taken several ini a ves to nurture and enhance the students for
a aining their excellence in academics. They felicitated the students scoring above 90%
and subject wise toppers of March 2024 S.S.C Examina on. The Tamilian students from all
the English medium schools in Kalyan scoring more than 90% marks and above were also
felicitated. Mr.G.Kanna Naresh graced the occasion as Chief Guest and honoured the
students.
Our students have con nued to excel in various fields, from sports and arts to academics,
represen ng our school with pride and resilience. The faculty's commitment to nurturing
young minds has been unwavering, and we are proud to see our students evolve into well-
rounded individuals ready to take on the challenges of the future.
As we look forward to the next academic year, we remain commi ed to providing an
environment that fosters crea vity, cri cal thinking, and personal growth. We thank our
