The candidates are advised to bring all original certificates (wherever applicable) with
one set of Photo copy in respect of the following ,during document verification ( for Skill /
Transcription Test qualified candidates ) fixed to be held on 08.02.2016.
a) Date of Birth proof (X/ SSLC / Matric /10th certificate )
b) Community (SC/ST/OBC) proof in the prescribed format (Annexure – 2 & 3 of CEN No. 03 / 2014) issued
by competent authority with proper seal and designation of the issuing authority.
c) ‘Minority Community Declaration’ affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper that he/she belongs to the
minority community mentioned in the application form having claimed exam fee exemption. If the
affidavit is not produced during the document verification the candidature will be rejected as per
para 4.01 of CEN No. 03/2014.
d) Income certificate in the prescribed format as per Annexure – 7 of CEN No.03/2014 on non- judicial
stamp paper that he / she belongs to the minority community having claimed exam fee exemption. If
the income certificate is not produced during the document verification, the candidature will be
rejected as per para 4.01 of CEN No. 03/2014.
e) PWD Proof (if applicable) as per enclosure
f) No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the competent authority, if already employed in Railways or any
Government department / Public sector undertakings with all service particulars. (Date of
appointment, present designation etc.) If the NOC is not produced during the document verification
the candidature will be rejected as per para 12 of CEN No. 03/2014).
g) Proof for age relaxation (wherever applicable)
2) Candidate must ensure that their name, date of birth, father name and other particulars in their original
certificates must match with entries made in their application form.
3) In case of variation in name/father’s name/initial etc, necessary affidavit to be obtained from notary
stating that the name as filled in application and that appearing in all certificates refers to the same person
and submitted at the time of verification.
4) Please note that OBC candidates have to submit latest community certificate with non-creamy layer
certification which is not more than one year old from the date of verification
5) You are also required to submit 3 copies of your recent passport size photograph.
6) You may please note that candidature of those candidates who fail to produce the original certificates in
support of their date of birth/qualification/community in proper format on the date of verification are
liable to be forfeited without any further notice
7) The onus of proving the eligibility for the post concerned and the genuineness of other averments made
in the initial application form shall rest with the candidates. Their candidature would be purely
provisional and would be liable to be cancelled, at any stage of recruitment or thereafter, in case any
inconsistency is noticed at the stage of Document Verification or later.
8) No further time will be allowed for submission of certificates.
9) As per clause 13.03 of CEN No. 03 / 2014 candidates furnishing of any false information to the RRB or
using unfair means in the examination or deliberate suppression of any information at any stage will
render the candidate disqualified and debarred from appearing at any selection or examination for
appointment on the Railways or to any other Government service and if appointed the service of such
candidate is liable to be terminated.
10) The final selection of the candidates will be subject to number of vacancies available and verification of
all original certificates and satisfaction of all prescribed criteria.
