Summary:

We are looking for a candidate to be a part of the HR Systems Team responsible for improvising
current HR Processes, automation and process re-engineering with an aim to improve people's
experience at TTN.

Responsibilities:

● Support in the development of various modules of the HR suite of applications


● Would be involved in researching the industry's best practices and evaluating available HR
systems, to come up with new features
● Coordinate with HR Function Owners to understand as-is and to-be processes. Work closely
with them to improvise the current process for a better user experience
● Regular checks and balances to ensure that any bugs and new feature requests are logged in
time

Must Have:

● A Computer Science Engineer with an MBA in Human Resources is preferred


● Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
● High level of interpersonal skills and integrity; solid team player.
Compensation:

Fixed CTC - 8,00,000 - 10,00,000 (Final CTC will be determined based on the Interview process)

Work Model: Hybrid (Willing to work from our Noida Sector 144 Office)
