Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and passionate HR Intern to join our Centre of Excellence (COE) team, with a focus on
HR Transformation. In this role, you will gain valuable exposure to modernizing and improving HR processes,
systems, and technology to enhance organizational efficiency and employee experience. The HR Transformation
team is focused on integrating new HR technologies, optimizing workflows, and implementing best practices for
the future of work.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Process Optimization: Assist the COE team in mapping current HR processes and identifying areas for
improvement through automation, digital tools, and workflow enhancements.
Technology Integration: Support the implementation and use of new HR technologies (HRIS, performance
management systems, employee engagement tools) to streamline processes and improve data accessibility.
Change Management: Help facilitate change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions when new
processes or systems are implemented. Assist in communication and training efforts for employees during HR
transformations.
HR Analytics: Analyze HR data related to performance, employee engagement, turnover, and other metrics to
support the design of HR initiatives that drive business outcomes.
Employee Experience & Engagement: Contribute to projects aimed at enhancing the employee journey, from
onboarding to offboarding, ensuring that all HR touchpoints are efficient, engaging, and aligned with the company's
values.
Project Management Support: Provide administrative and logistical support for HR transformation projects,
including tracking timelines, managing documentation, and preparing reports for senior management.
HR Policy Review & Documentation: Assist in reviewing and updating HR policies to ensure they align with new
systems, processes, and technology being introduced.
Collaborative Innovation: Work closely with HR leaders, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure HR
transformations meet the needs of both the business and its employees.
Training and Support: Assist in training HR staff and employees on new systems, tools, and processes, ensuring
they have the knowledge to utilize these transformations effectively.
Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
Information Technology, or a related field with a focus on HR Transformation.
Interest in HR Technology & Innovation: A passion for leveraging technology to improve HR functions and employee
experiences.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret HR data and contribute to strategic decision-making.
Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to facilitate cross-functional
collaboration and training.
Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Proactive Attitude: Ability to take initiative and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with HR software, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and Google
Workspace. Familiarity with HRIS or HR tech platforms is a plus.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly in process optimization and
automation.
Team Player: Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team
environment.
