I hereby authorize one of my staff, Ms. Juney Love Mejias, to act on my behalf on all matters
concerning the application for an electrical connection for the New Tourism Building at the
Malipayon Park, Poblacion, Matanao, Davao del Sur.

The authorization includes the authority to transact, process and affix a signature on all
necessary documents that are essential to the successful completion of the application for
electrical connection.

The authorization shall remain valid until the successful completion of the process, or until
